Known for its historic surf scene and laid-back beach atmosphere, Pleasure Point offers excellent waves directly across the street from this home. The Space: This charming property boasts an open-concept living area that combines the living room, kitchen, and dining space, all with sweeping ocean views of the Monterey Bay. Short-term Rental Permit #231344. Step out onto the expansive front deck to soak in the coastal ambiance and watch the surfers, check the waves, and enjoy the view. Rinse off after your surf and beach adventures in the outdoor shower. Have a BBQ in the back patio area. Store your surfboards, bikes , and beach gear in the roomy garage.
