This delightful 120 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 3rd floor with a lift, although guests must climb some stairs to reach the building and the elevator.

The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city and a dining table where they can enjoy their meals together.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing while cooking. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals. There is also a sun room with a washing machine for laundry needs.

There are three beautiful bedrooms. Two of them include a comfortable queen bed each and multiple storage spaces; the third bedroom is an ensuite that features a queen bed, an ample wardrobe and a private bathroom with all the amenities you need to freshen up,

The second bathroom is common to guests and it includes clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

There is a lovely balcony where guests can enjoy the sunlight and fresh air while eating outside.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Caniço, a coastal town on Madeira, offers stunning ocean views and a tranquil atmosphere. Just minutes from Funchal, it’s home to attractions like the Cristo Rei statue and Praia dos Reis Magos, perfect for relaxing or snorkelling in clear waters.

The area is also ideal for exploring Madeira's famous Levada trails, offering scenic hikes through lush landscapes. With charming local restaurants and easy access to outdoor adventures, Caniço is a peaceful yet convenient base for discovering the island.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Jose Do Cantoneiro (line 109), is just a 130-meter walk.

Madeira Airport is an 11-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
