The space also features a desk with a screen for comfortable work, as well as fast internet, making it an ideal space for remote work.

The kitchen is ideal for cooking and gathering and is equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for homemade meals. A dishwasher and washing machine add extra convenience.

The bedroom, decorated in a modern style, includes a comfortable queen bed and ample storage.

The bathroom comes with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

A charming balcony provides a bright spot to enjoy the sunlight and fresh air. Outside, guests can make the most of the beautiful swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the day.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Located on the stunning south coast of Madeira, Caniço is a charming seaside town known for its breathtaking cliffs, crystal-clear waters, and relaxed atmosphere. It’s home to the famous Garajau Nature Reserve, a paradise for snorkelling and diving, where visitors can explore vibrant marine life beneath the Atlantic waves. The Christ the King Statue (Cristo Rei), perched on a scenic viewpoint, offers panoramic ocean views and access to a picturesque coastal trail.

Caniço is also a great base for exploring Madeira’s natural beauty, with easy access to levada walks, lush landscapes, and nearby Funchal. The town offers a mix of traditional restaurants, cozy cafés, and beachfront bars, perfect for enjoying fresh seafood and local cuisine. Whether swimming in natural pools, discovering hidden coves, or simply soaking in the island’s laid-back charm, Caniço provides a memorable escape by the sea.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. There is private parking for guests inside the building.

The nearest bus station, Calcada (lines 88, 109, 109A, 136, 155, and 157), is just a one-minute walk away.

Madeira Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
