Just a 10 minute walk along a beautiful path to the Main Beach and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Also only 10 minutes walking to the downtown shopping district and local eateries. This is the ideal location if you want to be close to the action and all the town has to offer. The home is new construction and designed to highlight the uniqueness of the area with bright fun colors and artwork. The Space: \- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests \- 3 bedrooms \- 2 bathrooms \- The driveway is shared and on-site parking is limited to one car in the garage (attached to this house) and one car in the driveway (2 cars total can park on the property). \- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker \- Living room \- Small patio with outdoor seating and bbq Note: \- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) \- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. \- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). \- NO PETS Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire house, including a 1 car garage which also has a laundry machine & dryer. The location is fairly close to downtown Santa Cruz and within walking distance to the beach boardwalk. During our stay the neighborhood was quiet. There is no place tovput your clothes in the bedrooms. There is space for hang up items but no dressers or drawers of any kind for other items.
