The cottage is conveniently located in the heart of Montecito near the Upper Village. Montecito is a beautiful area with dense foliage, beautiful landscapes, and amazing homes. The cottage is an easy walk to Pierre LaFonde and slightly longer walk to the wonderful town of Montecito. House is small, as described and pictures are accurate. Now for the A+ service. We arrived and the power in the neighborhood was out due to a city issue. Pat was right on informing us upon arrival. The city was delayed returning services so Pat did everything she could to accommodate the situation from incredibly rapid communication, supplying a cooler for the food, and bringing over portable lighting. She kept us updated and even brought over a bottle of wine for any inconvenience. She defines excellent customer satisfaction. Thank you Pat for your service and a wonderful stay! ##### Paul S.
