At Uptown Luxe, whether soaking in a luxurious free-standing tub, relaxing on the living room sofa sectional with a great novel, or sleeping soundly in the spacious primary suite in the king-size bed, luxurious, experiential living is a given. In a Vacation Rentals of Santa Barbara-managed home, the stage is set for guests to feel pampered and well cared for. With a calming neutral palette as backdrop, the home's pops of color and great art punctuate an upscale design aesthetic. A well-stocked kitchen, anchored by a large center island with seating, means meal preparation involves everyone! Whether the morning calls for a quick cup of coffee and pastry from Jeannine's Bakery down the street, or holiday meals with a more gourmet theme, it's all there.  
  
The main level terrace provides a cozy space to relax, and with a grill and a Ooni pizza oven, the chef in the bunch can fire off a perfect pizza or grill up the fresh catch of the day. Visit Whole Foods right across the street for fresh ingredients and picnic inspiration! On this same level is one bedroom with a twin day bed and desk; a hall bathroom and laundry complete this level.  
  
Upstairs, the primary suite is an excellent escape from a busy workday or a place to grab a rejuvenating nap after an active sightseeing adventure. Even the simplicity of a comfy corner chair provides a quiet spot to curl up to listen to a great podcast, chat with a friend far away, or sit back and do nothing. Ah, that sounds lovely. The luxurious primary bathroom is spa-like, with a large walk-in shower, dual-separate vanities, and a luxe, free-standing soaking tub. Ahhhhhhhhh, now that's living. The third bedroom suite with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom completes the sleeping accommodations beautifully.  
  
Estancia is a well-constructed and laid out community providing a central common area with covered outdoor seating in front of a large stone fireplace, sunny patio seating around a fountain, and colorful tile-accented Spanish-influenced architecture seamlessly sitting just below the majestic foothills. The proximal location near Highway154 makes heading to Santa Ynez Valley for wine tasting, glider rides, and fabulous dining and shopping in Los Olivos a must!
