Like Living in a Quaint Spanish Village  
  
Paseo Place is a centrally located two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury condominium with its pulse on the heartbeat of downtown Santa Barbara.  
  
With a nod to Santa Barbara's historical roots, strolling through the complex is like being transported to a quaint village in Spain with its winding stucco and Saltillo tile corridors, red tile roofs, and wrought iron details. The home is located on the second floor of this picturesque complex with privacy, comfort, and gated security. Elevators provide convenient access between the home and secure ground-floor parking. One assigned parking space is included; please inquire about availability for additional vehicles. Located directly across from Paseo Nuevo Mall, the home offers easy access to the vibrant sights and sounds of downtown.  
  
In a well cared for home, the corner fireplace creates warm ambiance in the living room, with wide sliding doors leading to the covered loggia. A four-top dining table, plus two oversized comfortable chairs for quieter times makes this space a truly welcoming extension of the great room.  
  
Modern touches throughout the unit elevate the traditional interiors. A stainless steel Sub-Zero glass-front refrigerator, a 4-burner Viking stove, and a wine cooler add modern conveniences that contrast with the earth-tone granite counters in a well-equipped kitchen. The open floor plan allows seamless connection within the living and dining room areas with elegant seating for four at a round dining table tucked in a cozy corner or enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar.  
  
After a busy day of exploring the city, drift off to sleep in comfort! The primary bedroom features a luxe queen-size bed, south-facing windows, and a generous size walk-in closet. The attached bathroom completes the suite, offering a deep soaking bathtub and a glass and marble shower. On the opposite side of the home is the second bedroom, where bunk beds can accommodate up to three guests with a twin bed over a full-size bed below. The hall bathroom features a shower bathtub combination, and front-loading washer dryer is provided as well. As is typical with many Santa Barbara homes, this property does not have AC. Open windows and the use of fans allow ocean breezes in to keep the house cool during hot summer months.  
  
Directly across the street from this quaint downtown community is the beautifully renovated outdoor Paseo Nuevo Shopping Mall that echoes the same Spanish architecture of the complex. Specialty boutiques reside next to casual dining in an atmosphere of tasteful flair and flavors. Continue over to the new State Street Promenade, where the energy of this vibrant walking mall with outdoor dining, music, and visitors mingling with locals is irresistible.  
  
The nearby white sandy beach and the coastal boardwalk stretches out for miles between Shoreline Park on the Mesa and The Bird Refuge on Cabrillo Boulevard. Take the day off to relax in the sun, join locals in a fast-paced game of volleyball, or stroll the Sunday Craft Fair that lines Cabrillo Boulevard every Sunday. A new addition to the city are dozens of electric bikes scattered all over town. Hop on, take in the sights, and truly enjoy all the city has to offer.
