Campanil Hill, where this home is located, is known worldwide for the recognizable palm tree-lined hilltop just outside the south gates of Hope Ranch. Seascape is a beautifully executed architectural achievement on this iconic hilltop with an "away from it all" sense of privacy yet only a five-minute drive to Arroyo Burro "Hendry's" Beach. Downtown will be about a 15-minute drive. Take the scenic route along Shoreline Drive to Cabrillo Boulevard, where wide sandy beaches, Stearn's Wharf, The Harbor, and plenty of restaurants and shops reside. Remodeled over the years and completed in 2021, this 2,900-square-foot mid-century home offers numerous memorable and unique points of view. With spacious suites and separation between rooms, the property is ideal for family functions, friendly reunions, and "snowbirds" escaping the chill of ice-cold winters back east. Beginning on the ground floor is a spacious guest suite with a queen-size bed, full bathroom, television, desk, and sitting area. Accented by a chic orange pendant, the dining room shares the same coastline panorama. Dine outside or relax on the scenic deck where two sectionals temp sun worshippers to linger. With Jenn-Air appliances, great storage, and vast counter space, an open-plan kitchen becomes the center of attention at mealtime.
