Decked in mid-century decor and swag, this hip spot brings the classic groove into the modern tech of today. Three bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for six; the primary bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom, and private access to the massive backyard made up of mainly orchard trees. The guest rooms share a bathroom with a combo tub and shower, and each room is nicely appointed, one with two twin-beds and one with a queen-bed. The living room has a large screen television and fireplace. The kitchen is outfitted in a retro sheik design and has all of the space and equipment for the everyday fancy fair of vacation. The outdoor space is quiet with uninterrupted views of the Santa Barbara Foothills. Gather in one of several spaces outside to relax, or just stare into the flames of the fire pit as you sip a glass of wine. Come enjoy the many local attractions and dining options in Santa Barbara; take a day trip to the wine country, or set sail in the calming channel waters. We enjoyed the peace and quiet for a week while getting out to see friends and family we hadn’t seen in awhile. The home was well equipped and clean. There are fans that automatically turn on and off in the bathrooms, and that took a little bit to get used to, but that was the only thing. There are landscape lights outside of the bedroom at night, but there are curtains. Talk to the management if you want to turn them off. The home is close to the beach, Upper Village of Montecito, hiking, and Lotusland. We would definitely return to this location, and feel it is the best VRBO we have stayed at. ##### Theresa H.
