Nestled in the picturesque West Beach Area, where the streets meet the ocean, you'll be mere steps from the beach, Stearns Wharf, the vibrant Funk Zone and acclaimed dining and downtown shops.

A gentle reminder that this studio is available exclusively for 1 guest and is on the 2nd floor (Walk-up).

During your stay, you’ll be lavished with all the amenities befitting a perfect Santa Barbara getaway: complimentary champagne upon arrival, bath essentials, high-end linens, and a Nespresso machine complete with pods, creams and sugars.

The Luxury Beach Studio features modern design and high-end finishes throughout.  The space offers a full bed, charming high-top dining table, and a brand new bathroom which has pristine white tile, a walk in shower and accent tiles drawing inspiration from Andalusia, Spain. The kitchen is completed with new European appliances, a stainless steal oven, microwave, dishwasher and luxurious, Calcutta stone countertops.

Indulge in the magic of Mediterranean-like weather on the private deck, offering a gas grill, chaise lounge, and bistro set — perfect for basking in the sun and dining alfresco.

Kindly note that our studios do not have their own reserved parking space, but street parking is quite accessible and easy to find directly outside of the building. A coin-operated washer and dryer is provided in the downstairs basement in the building complex .

Our luxury beach getaways —in the Historical West Beach area— reside in a historical turn of the century building which retains the charm of the day’s bygone. The building has been lovingly restored to reflect Santa Barbara's ambiance, its array of apartments revealing both romantic and European styles. Our various spaces are complemented by luxurious details from Carrera marble surfaces, hand cast plaster, 10 feet vaulted ceilings and Waterford fireplaces.

Located in the heart of Santa Barbara, you’ll be steps from the beach and blocks from Stearn’s Wharf and the harbor, world renowned dining and downtown shops, as well as the Public Market and our own local farmer’s market. Close proximity to the vibrant Funk Zone also adds to the allure. This nook where the streets meet the ocean, was was one an industrial spot, but is now a flourishing space with lively and artistic locale. The benefit of nearby bike rental shops and the downtown Amtrak station further allows for easy transportation. As you’ll be located downtown, beautiful shops and restaurants lining State Street and nearby beaches and gardens are perfect for unwinding, whereas, nearby Channel Islands and wine country prompt adventurous day trips.

Awesome studio apartment perfect for exploring Santa Barbara. Location couldn’t beat as walking distance to funkzone and the water! All amenities brand new and balcony was superb, loved the natural sunlight and super fast WiFi great for working! Water pressure in shower to die for -Would definitely rent again!

This place was super cute, modern, and clean in a great location. It had everything I needed to stay comfortably. The only feedback I’d offer is that the complex this apartment is in is very confusing, with multiple entrance gates and no signage. It would help to send a map along with the entry instructions. Other than that, it was a great place for one person to stay!

This property was beautiful. Updated, clean, modern and fresh. The area was safe and the building was secure. The location was perfect as it is walking distance from the beach and oceanfront restaurants as well as the State Street shopping and restaurant district. I wish that a couple were allowed to stay rather than just one person for the future. While it is small, it would be fine for two people who like each other :-)

I enjoyed my stay in the property. The location is great. It's a short walk to the beach or a nearby grocery store. State Street shops and restaurants are also only a short walk away. Walking along the boardwalk by the ocean was one of my favorite things to do. Place is very modernized and clean. The patio is amazing and spacious. I enjoyed the seating and grill there. There were a few warm days in which I set up some fans to keep it cool in the afternoons. Only challenge I had was the gas oven and keeping it lit. Not sure if it was me, or a mechanical issue.

This property was more than I could have imagined! The unit was adorably appointed with friendly touches like a bottle of champagne in the fridge and a well stocked Nepresso machine. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen table doubled as a work station during my stay. The bathroom has a rain shower, which was a luxury. The unit is small, so the balcony was an added bonus with a chaise lounge, a small table and 2 chairs where I enjoyed my morning coffee. Just a few blocks to the beach and great restaurants, I highly recommend this unit! You do have to walk up 2 flights of stairs, so be prepared if you have heavy suitcases. I highly recommend this charming oasis in Santa Barbara!!

The apartment is has all the appointments that you could want. All new appliances, renovated sleek kitchen, gas stovetop, and all the good stuff. Three blocks from waterfront, walkable to funk zone and downtown (or a 5 minute drive if you prefer). The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to my requests and provided great recommendations for dining, etc. The photos on the website don't show it, but the apartment has a large balcony with lounge chair, couple of other chairs/table and a grill. Great to sit out and enjoy the wonderful Santa Barbara weather while gazing out on the tree lined streets of a quite, beautiful neighborhood. Really enjoyed my stay in SB, thanks in no small part to this beautiful apartment. Will definitely rent again.

I can for a week to work remotely. I should have looked carefully at the photos before I booked because there is no table nor any chairs. There is a kitchen island with one bar stool as the only seating (other than a sofa). It was miserable on my back to work from a bar stool for a week. This is not a flaw with the apartment, just warning you if you’re planning to work remotely. I had to use the bar stool as my coffee table, since there isn’t one, yet there is a fairly large faux plant where a small coffee table should be. The kitchen is nice, but missing basics. It’s good for simple meals or reheating, but not for cooking a frozen pizza (no cookie sheet) or for anything that requires a measurement (no measuring cups). The bathroom is very clean, but astonishingly tiny—only one person at a time would fit. Overall, it’s a very beautiful, new and modern space that’s close to downtown and very quiet. It would be cramped for more than one person for more than a night or two, and probably best for shorter stays rather than a week or more. The deck and large windows are lovely!

I really enjoyed staying at this rental. The interior is upgraded with all modern appliances and decor. The location is in a great neighborhood that is within walking distance of the beach, Stearns Wharf, the Funk Zone and Lower State Street. it's also very close to the giant fig tree and train station. Parking was easy to find on the street and even with the 90-minute parking limits between 10 am and 5 pm on weekends, I had no issue finding a spot when I had to move my vehicle. The kitchen is awesome. Everything was clean and modern. I especially enjoyed having power and USB ports on the island. The bed was comfortable but the couch was a little bit firm for my liking. Plus, you can't really see the TV while sitting on it - the location of the couch and TV did not make much sense, but who really sits around and watched TV while on vacation? Not a big deal to me. The bathroom, while small, worked well. The shower was nice and had great water pressure. I would prefer more counter space to place a toiletry bag but that's just a personal preference. The patio was great. The furniture was comfortable and you have a view of the mountains when the marine layer is out to sea. My only complaint would be that I think there needs to be a ceiling fan or a box fan available in the unit. It got pretty warm in there at night, simply because there isn't really a way to circulate the air into the unit. It was cool if you are right by the window or sliding glass door, but fairly warm in the bed. Overall, I enjoyed this rental unit and would absolutely stay there again. In fact, I am recommending my parents look into a larger unit in the same building when they go to Santa Barbara to visit my sister.
