It retains that classic charm, but has been immaculately renovated with gorgeous upgrades to truly make it a luxury little paradise. Sitting on .18 acres of land, this residence offers plenty of space to enjoy the natural wonders of SB all from home, but the wildly convenient amenities nearby make venturing out an attractive option. Head to one of the many nearby beaches, such as the stunning Mesa Lane, and afterwards, cool off with a refreshing beverage and a relaxing meal at local's favorite, Corner Tap. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and coffee shops are all a stone's throw away from this perfectly situated spot. Large windows letting in lovely views of the surrounding greenery and ocean air, as well as the freshly-painted white walls and clean hardwood floors, make this oasis the ideal bright and summery beach house.
