This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium offers an ideal location in the midst of one of Santa Barbara's now-famous urban neighborhoods. The home proudly occupies a front-row seat to all this area has to offer. Enter the house at street level from the attached garage, a rare commodity in this part of the city. Then, ascend the stairs to the main salon with vaulted ceilings, television, a supple grey leather sectional/sofa sleeper, and a fireplace that adds an element of warmth and coziness to the home. After preparing a delicious feast in the kitchen, the dining room or the covered terrace with barbecue and a table for four offer the perfect landing for any meal. With a pretty "Juliet" balcony overlooking the colorful, bougainvillea-studded Spanish-style complex, the home's primary suite has a king-size bed, and an attached bathroom with a luxurious oval soaking tub, a spacious shower, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom features two twin beds. The laundry room and a hall bathroom with a shower complete the conveniences offered, but this is only the beginning to a memorable stay.
