Paid for property thru VRBO. Entered to find someone else occupying the unit, who rented the same unit for the same dates via a competing website. Owner claimed it was VRBO’s fault, since they are supposed to sync their calendar with the competing website. She reimbursed the portion VRBO paid her. VRBO said it was the owner’s responsibility not to double book dates, and would not refund their portion of what we paid.
