Amazing view, large room and good variety of food. Nice size pool and for the kids some entertainment if they wanted. Hotel is a little outdated , but well taken care of. Friendly staff and easy to have the bus transfer to the beach area. it would be good to have more parking spots close to the hotel.

The views are stunning, Hotel is basic, food is ok enough to find I often had the fish and was nice. Shame the bite is lacking a nice outdoor dinning area or bar. Pool area feels old and a bit sad. We always went to the lovely beach which is shuttle service down the road. Did walk it also, good 15min. Need a car or transport for this resort I think. Overall we enjoyed it but I don’t think I would return.

Pretty nice hotel and breakfast and dinner are included even in the cheapest option. Shuttle to the beach. The one thing that I wasn’t keen on is that it’s not advertised how limited the parking is. You pretty much have to park down the hill in the village and then either walk up (15 min all uphill) or wait for the shuttle. Shuttle runs frequently, but has two 1-hour breaks during the day. I’d probably stay again if nothing else better comes up.

The hotel is situated in beautiful area of the island, walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. The check in was advertised from 2pm, however on arrival we were told that our room will be ready between 2-3pm perhaps this should be mentioned on the website. In the end we got our keys just before 3pm. The hotel condition isn’t the best, I’d rate the hotel 3* as opposed to 4* as advertised, hotel had very basic amenities in the room, no kettle, no fridge, however we asked for a fridge on the last day and this was provided to us only upon availability. There is a safe in the room for which you need to pay €3 per day, (that’s not acceptable). The aircon was very loud, you couldn’t have it on all night. The rooms a spacious, bathroom was clean. Pool area was big and clean, each night there was some sort of entertainment provided for all guests. Buffet breakfast and dinner were very good, lots of different choices to pick from, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Sadly the hotels condition lets it down.

We were only there for one night and it was great! The staff and the service was top-notch! The location is prime and the view was outstanding! The room itself was not so great - no coffee machine or cups, the hairdryer was not working, and other small things that made our 12 hours a bit inconvenient. I think it would be great to have the breakfast, lunch and dinner hours posted on the site so we could book our travel accordingly - for example, we are early birds and wake up at 5 am but breakfast does not start until 830 until 1030. We had to be at the airport by 1 pm but lunch doesn't start until 1 pm. All in all- great stay but now since I know the food timings, I would plan my trip accordingly!

Très Décevant !!!!

Hotel très décevant !! Je ne comprend pas comment cet hôtel bénéficie des 4* surement pour son emplacement et la vue ce sont les seules choses positive de l'hôtel. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est vieux il est resté dans son jus depuis longtemps. Mauvaise odeur dans les couloirs, literies de mauvaise qualité, absence d'un petit frigo dans la chambre, infiltration d'eau partout à l'intérieur de l'hôtel les jours de pluie, le self pour les repas est une cantine d'école, animation le soir comme dans un camping ....... Nous somme vraiment déçu de l'ensemble des prestations de cet hôtel.

Gran calidad-precio, a la espera de una reforma

El personal muy amable. Las vistas increíbles al Port Sant Miquel desde el balcón de la habitación. Eso sí, las habitaciones necesitan una reforma, cono el aire acondicionado, ruidoso y al que hay pque ponerle una llave para que funcione. O la bañera que es muy antigua. Nos comentaron que se reformará el hotel en breve. Esto es muy positivo pero tendrá un inconveniente seguro, que subirán los precios. Actualmente la calidad-precio es excepcional. Las vistas son inmejorables y el bufet bastante bueno. Una pega es que junto al hotel, situado en un acantilado, solo hay unas pocas plazas de aparcamiento, aunque cuenta con un servicio de transfer, un minibús, que sube y baja viajeros a la zona de la playa donde es más fácil aparcar (poco mas de un kilómetro). Espero que cuando lo reformen mantengan los precios, de los mas competitivos de Ibiza, aunque eso intuimos que no será así. Así que, por el momento, es una de las mejores opciones para alojarse en la isla sin pagar 500 euros la noche. Para repetir.

Die Lage war 5 Sterne. Die Sauberkeit war gut. Leider haben sie zu wenig Parkplätze. Es gab teilweise für die Hotelbesucher 200Fr, Busse, weil die Mitarbeiter des Hotel nicht richtig um das Parken informierten. Das Hotel hat keine Minibar. Es muss an den Automaten Wassergekauft werden.

Beautiful view but not 4 star

We stayed for 6 nights at the beginning of September. The views are outstanding and what drove my decision to stay. However, it is not 4 star, 3 would be more accurate. The beds are not comfortable, very springy. The rooms are very basic which I thought would be ok but I was wrong. The food is ok, bit samey for lunch and dinner each day. The photo with the large day beds is on the 6th floor, there are 4 of them however that bar is now shut and beds ddo not look clean or inviting. Zorro is absolutely brilliant at entertaining the adults and children. We loved his friendly banter and breaking up the day from sitting in the sun. The beach is shingles and very stoney which bothered us but always busy so must not be issue for too many. If you are looking for hotel with beautiful view and not too fussy on food or comfortable beds then worth a stay for 3/4 nightsm
