"The house is large and beautiful as others have described. Son Bou is also very pretty and has the longest, very beautiful sandy beach in Menorca. There are no beach front houses since there is a lagoon behind the beach so the larger more desirable houses are in the hills and you need to use stairs or drive to get to the beach. The house has two stories and also a bedroom & shower on the main floor, with was used by one family member who preferred to not use the stairs. We had a great time...

"Villa is true to the pictures and was very clean on arrival. Check in process was easy with no interaction face to face. For a family group the property lacked living space aside from the bedrooms and could have been a little more child friendly. Not the fault of the property itself but the location is a good walk away from the restaurants and beach and the walk is tough and all very uphill. There are steps but these are not suitable for buggies."

"We had a fantastic short break at this apartment. It had everything that we needed and was clean and comfortable. The sea view from the balcony was lovely. At the apartment there was even a DVD player and films for the children to watch when they wanted a break from the sun. Their was a small pool close by and a larger pool a short walk away. "The house is wonderful, as is the pool and the stunning sea view. Air conditioning worked well and the kitchen well nicely equipped. One negative was that the wifi was very slow. I would not recommend this as a place for any short of remote work. The neighborhood is quiet and the nearby Son Bou beach is ideal for kids and families. However, for cultural activities, outdoor walks, and restaurants, other parts of the island are better."

"We've just had 1 week in this property and have had a great time. The property had everything you could want for self catering with 3 children. The location was great, right outside the pool with a great bar and place to eat. "Beautiful villa at the top of san Jaime, the perfect place to relax and enjoy beautiful views. Villa was exactly as described and well accommodated 6 adults plus a 10 month old perfectly. The property is at the top of a very steep hill, so it is worth having a car for trips to the supermarket. However a taxi from the centre cost €7.50 and took a matter of minutes, we did discover one of the supermarkets did do delivery though which is worth knowing for the future. All in all a fantastic holiday"

"Wir hatten zwei Wochen gebucht und spontan um weitere Nächte verlängert. Lucia war sehr freundlich, flexibel und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet! In der Küche fand man allerlei nützliche Utensilien sowie Salz, Zucker, Gewürze, Teigwaren, ein Tiefkühlelement, etc. Im Kühlrschrank befanden sich bereits Wasser für uns bei Ankunft, danke!! Die Wohnung hatte für zusätzliche EUR 50 eine Klimaanlage, die wir nicht hätten missen wollen! Zudem hatte die Wohnung überall Fliegengitter...

Well worth the wait.
"Had a number of family trips to Menorca and has always promised ourselves a stay at this adults only hotel. Wow, worth the wait, fantastic room with a balcony and harbour views, room comes with a fridge and a kettle with coffee machine. Large walk in shower. Staff were brilliant, very attentive, breakfast was very good, we didn’t eat there in the evenings as we wanted to try diffemrt restaurants along the harbour. Parking is a bit hit and miss but we always managed to park close to the entrance. Would highly recommend this place for a couples get away."
