"Alles in allem gut weiter zu empfehlen. Allerdings müssten die Bilder in der Anzeige dem ist Zustand angepasst werden. War alles sauber und ordentlich. Es müsste aber das ein oder andere nachgebessert werden. Dafür war der Preis für eine Woche dann doch Recht teuer.. Lage war spitze. Und das Haus ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet."

"Es ist bei unserer großen Familie immer schwer eine Unterkunft zu finden die allen gefällt. Dieses Mal war es für alle der perfekte Ort! Unglaublich schön eingerichtet & viel Platz für große Gruppen oder Familien. Im Erd- und 1. Obergeschoss bedinden sich die 4 luxeriösen Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Im Dachgeschoss mit unfassbar schönem Rundumblick liegt der Wohnbereich mit offner Küche. Für alle die das Kochen lieben ist die Küche ein echtes Highlight! Die Lage ist wirklich einzigartig. "Everything was perfect, from booking to our stay. The host gave us all the information we needed as a group. The accommodation was just spectacular and we got greeted with a wonderful bowl of fruits and wine. The view from the dinning table was amazing. We recommend and we would definitely book again. "This spacious chalet will not disappoint! Plenty of room for the entire family and has everything you need for a nice vacation. Easy to find, has a fully equipped kitchen and everything is modern. Covered parking and close to all the local towns of Kaprun and Zell Am See. Owner is very responsive and easy to reach for any questions. Has fantastic view of the mountains! There is a grill for a BBQ too. Very peaceful neighborhood."

"Es war schön. Haus warm. Genug warmes Wasser. Viel Platz im obersten Geschoss zum spielen, essen, kochen. Sauna ist extern zu ereichen (man muss durch einen kalten Gang - Fluchtweg der Tiefgarage - gehen). Leider kostet das Haus von 2022 auf 2023 mal kurz 1.000,- € mehr Miete in der Woche. Das ist nicht schön."

"Der Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Chalet war wirklich wunderschön! Es fehlt einem dort an nichts, die Einrichtung ist top, die Ausstattung sehr gut und der Blick auch fantastisch. Einziger negativer Punkt war, dass man zum Skibus doch mindestens 15 Minuten laufen muss. Wir waren daher doch sehr auf das Auto angewiesen. Aber wirklich ein wunderschönes Chalet."

On the day that we travelled from Munich of Hopfgarten, we did so via lake Konigsee (worth a visit if you're in the area). "Just 15 min and you willfind yourself in zellamsee downtown. We would never forget our great moments at this chalet. we had fan and an amazing week there. It is neat, clean and has wide spaces, and beautiful balconies. It seems very new for me. "Das Haus liegt keine 5 min von der Smaragdbahn und einer schönen Pizzeria entfernt, zum Spar muss man schon gute 10min laufen aber der Laden ist gut ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war auch sehr gut, besonders praktisch für Familien mit Kleinkindern ist die Waschmaschine + Trockner. Ein großes TV Gerät im Wohn-Küchen-Esszimmer und ein elektr. "The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"
