"LOUD. I stayed two nights. Different rooms both night due to work issues. But both times I had a persons with music playing so loudly. 4am TV watching woke me up. And I was placed beside a family with many bed-bouncing children. It was a work trip and I didn't get good sleep either night. The walls are paper thin. Every time the children hit the headboard on their side, my bed would bounce. When I asked at almost 10pm to move rooms I was told no. They said they would call to quiet the people. Which didn't work. So if you want to go to sleep at a reasonable hour and not be woken at 4am...I would recommend someplace else."

"Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and well kept. Location was easily accessible. The only real negative was lots of vehicle noise all night long, multiple times it sounded like people were racing on the street right next to us but that was no fault of the motel. Overall a very good value, I would stay there again."

"We enjoyed our stay and we plan to say there on Mother's day weekend for our grand-daughter's graduation from UNT. Nice and safe area. It's about 10-15 minutes from UNT. The only complaint is our shower head wasn't that great, they need to replace the shower head in our room. Normally I have great shower's in hotels and I travel a lot."

"Maintenance for this facility is poor. AC in the first room sounded like construction going on and toilet leaked excessively in the 2nd. The front desk argued about the AC then was accusatory of me being too picky. I don't feel like not wanting to listen to a noisy AC unit or wade through toilet water is being too demanding. Most of the rest of the hotel was decent."
