It is a comfortable house, located in the charming little village of Blériot-plage (commune of Sangatte) composed on the ground floor of an entrance hall with cloakroom, toilet and a living room - living room with white walls decorated with colorful paintings. The dark grey tiled floor is in harmony with the modern furniture.
The atmosphere is warm.

A living room with a three-seater leather sofa allows you to retreat to read or watch television.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, 4 hotplates, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner.
Upstairs, bathroom with shower, toilet and two washbasins.
THREE bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds that can be put together, and a third with a single bed + a drawer bed.
From the living room access to a small garden where you can have lunch or dinner.
The sea is located at the end of the street, so you can walk to the wide sandy beach.

We had a fantastic time. The house is lovely, clean, spacious and well equipped. It's very close to the beach and there are some lovely walks nearby. It's close to the port of Calais and the centre of Calais. Joel was a great host; he's very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend it and would definitely come again.

Wir waren für 14 Tage in diesem Objekt. Die Anreise und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Er war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung ist ganz toll. Man hat direkt vor der Tür Restaurant, Bäcker, kleinen Laden und natürlich den traumhaften Strand. Im Haus selbst war alles da was man für eine Kurze Urlaubszeit braucht. Nur manches ist in die Jahre gekommen aber das hat unserer Urlaubszeit keinen Abbruch getan :-) Wir sagen DANKE für tolle 14 Tage! LG, Fam. Schlüter

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr gut.
Unser Aufenthalt in Bleriot Plage war enorm zufrieden stellend. Das Haus ist nicht neu , aber sehr sauber. Alles ist vorhanden was man zum leben braucht. So wie zuhause. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemengeln. Es gibt sowohl für drinnen oder draußen ( Terrasse) alles was man braucht. Die Douche klasse, das Badezimmer ist mit zwei Waschbecken und WC ausgestattet. Unten unter der Treppe noch ein WC. Die Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Jedes der 2 Schlafzimmer haben einen großen Kleiderschrank. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist etwas kleiner mit einen aussiehbett.Alle zimmer haben Rollläden. Und das Wohnzimmer hat einen Couch mit Sessel und Tisch. TV mit alle Deutschen Programmen ausser Paysender. WLAN ist perfekt. Im gleichen Raum der Esstisch und 6 Stühlen. Der Küchenraum ist Praktisch eingerichtet mit alles was man braucht . Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Backofen 2x, Kühlschrank sowie großen Tiefkühlschrank, Microwelle wie alle Küchensachen die man braucht. Müllabfuhr jede Woche. Sollte es Kälter werden gibt es ein Kamin Pelletherd oder Elektro Heizkörper. Der Strandweg maximal zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, ca. 500 Meter. Der Bleriot Strand ist enorm sauber sowie die ganze Gegend. Überall, gratis Parkplätze und gratis City Bus. Auch der Gastgeber Joel ist immer da bei Hilfestellung. Er ist enorm freundlich.

Schnuckeliges Häuschen am Traumstrand
Wir haben1 Woche in diesem netten kleinen Haus verbracht. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit maritimen Motiven dekoriert. Ganz toll fanden wir den kleinen uneinsehbaren Garten hinter dem Haus. Vor dem Haus ist ein Stellplatz für das Auto. Allerdings nicht unbedingt für große Fahrzeuge geeignet. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. In 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an einem riesigen Traumstrand. In 5 Minuten Entfernung ist ein Carrefour und die Bushaltestelle ist im Endeffekt direkt vor der Haustür. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat alles bestens geklappt. Können dieses Haus absolut empfehlen! Herzlichen Dank und beste Grüße an Joel

Tout était parfait... Beau logement, lumineux, spacieux, belle décoration, très propre. Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout pour l'équipement de la maison. On se sent bien, comme chez soi. A proximité des commerces et de la plage. Excellente semaine.

Zauberhaft!
Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit einer wunderbaren Atmosphäre (ich habe so gut geschlafen wie schon lange nicht mehr), viel Platz und allem was man braucht, genau wie in der Beschreibung. Man ist sehr schnell am breiten Strand und kann lange Spaziergänge machen oder die Promenade von Calais besuchen. Wir und unser Hund haben es sehr genossen- wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und danken Joel für seine Freundlichkeit und dass wir in seinem Haus so herzlich willkommen waren!

Gemütlich und erholsam!
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage und die kurze Entfernung zum bombastischen Strand mit feinstem Sand war das Highlight. Der Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter Joel war die gesamte Zeit über sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Haus selbst war sehr gepflegt, hatte allerdings auch ein paar altersbedingte Abnutzungserscheinungen , die aber der Gemütlichkeit nicht geschadet haben. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, vor allem im Sommer!

Schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage
Der Strand war zu Fuß in 4 Min erreichbar. Ideal auch mit Hund. Das Haus verfügt über einen schönen Innenhof. Es gibt sogar Fernsehprogramme auf Deutsch . Sehr netter Vermieter , der immer erreichbar war. Übergabe und Abnahme waren sehr nett und problemlos. Teilweise ist das Inventar der Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen . Kaffeemaschine läuft extrem langsam , was sicherlich dem Kalkgehalt des Wassers zuzuschreiben ist. Könnte aber mal erneuert werden. Beim Wasserkocher das gleiche. Toilettenspülung muss dringend repariert werden. Nach jedem Spülvorgang muss man im Kasten rumfummeln damit das Wasser nicht durchläuft. Alles in Allem waren wir aber sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt bei sehr gutem Wetter.

Wieder sehr schön. Im Vergleich zu letztem Jahr in 2 Zimmern bessere Betten. Und der Vermieter ist noch genauso freundlich! Die Stadt Calais kümmert sich um Touristen. Einiges an Programm, schönes Kunstmusem (gratis!), "aufgemöbelte" Uferpromenade. Gratis Nahverkehr.

Nous avions envie de visiter la côte d Opale. Cap blanc nez Cap-Gris-Nez Wissant Coquelles Calais, l animation du dragon à Calais, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est superbe ainsi que le mobilier, le propriétaire est sympathique, nous reviendrons avec plaisir et notre petit Lewis a été la mascotte de la plage et la digue. Alles war schön. Calais ist interessant. Toll war das kostenlose Verkehrsnetz und die kostenlosen Parkplätze. Die Natur und Umgebung sehr schön. Wir hatten keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit. Es war nicht nötig, so stand es im Angebot. Der Vermieter musste erst welches besorgen fahren

La maison est propre, fonctionnelle et placée idéalement à 200 mètres de la mer. Le quartier est calme et il y a tous les commerces nécessaires à "portée de main". Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Je n'ai mis que 4 étoiles pour la "précision de l’annonce en ligne" car si les 3 chambres sont bien mentionnées, il n'est pas précisé que 2 des chambres sont "en enfilade" et qu'il faut donc en traverser une pour aller dans l'autre. Mais c'est un moindre mal. Et pour finir sur une note d'humour, la raclette de la douche ne racle que sur sa partie centrale et mériterait d'être changée ;)

Super Lage
Das Haus liegt perfekt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, keine 5 min zu Fuß an den Strand. Es findet sich alles so, wie die Vorurlauber beschrieben haben. Auch die Fotos stimmen überein. Das Haus ist gemütlich und persönlich eingerichtet. Eine ältere freundliche Dame ( spricht nur französisch) hat uns vor Ort den Schlüssel übergeben und alles erklärt. Leider ist im Inserat nicht sofort ersichtlich, dass es für den Strom einen festgelegten Verbrauch gibt und man darüber hinaus mehr bezahlen muss. Das gesamte Haus wird mit einer elektrischen Heizung beheizt und wir waren Mitte April dort. So warm war es also noch nicht. Trotz allem haben wir uns gut erholt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
