Enjoy the best of FL! Make this charming & relaxing home in Sanford the home base for your next great vacation! Centrally located close to stores, malls, Lake Mary Sports Complex (1.9 miles) & Trailblazer park. A community pool within walking distance & Mayfair Golf Course right across the street (0.8 miles)! 45 min. to beaches, 40 to Disney, 35 to Universal, I-Drive shopping, 30 to Winter Park, & 20 to the Springs. This beautiful home has all the amenities you\`d expect and then some!  
  
This is a very elegant and clean 4/2 home complete with a sun room in the back of the house (this is the 4th bedroom). The kitchen is very spacious and modern complete with all the amenities you need to make this your home away from home. The kitchen table can accommodate 6 people and there is a very comfortable couch and love seat in the living room with a large flat screen TV with local channels, Netflix, & Amazon Prime (as well as in the Master Bedroom). The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet and en suite bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms both have queen Murphy beds which can be easily stowed away for more room during the day. The Sun Room (4th bedroom) is furnished with another couch (pulls out to a double bed) as well as 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds), a ceiling fan and a built in A/C unit. There is a 4 burner grill in the backyard. Finally, in the garage you will find a ping pong table with paddles and balls along with a washer/dryer with laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board. The large community pool is a couple hundred yards around the corner and close enough to walk or has parking if you want to load up the car and drive over.  
  
The driveway is spacious enough to hold 4-5 vehicles. The neighborhood will tow any cars parked on the street.  
  
I live approximately 20 minutes away and can stop by and take care of things if anything should arise.  
  
A very quiet neighborhood located near the border of Sanford and Lake Mary which makes it very convenient to both! Right across the street from the only golf course in Sanford, Mayfair Meadows Golf Course.  
  
15 Guests: 2 in each of the 3 main bedrooms + 1 on a twin floor mattress in the master, 7 in the Sun Room/4th bedroom (2 on the double sofa couch, 4 on the bunk beds and 1 on the twin floor mattress), 1 on the couch in the living room. At full capacity of 15 guests things will be a little tight. Access to the 4th bedroom/patio is either through the 2nd bedroom or it has a separate entrance via the backyard.  
  
If you are adding people after your initial booking is made, for every additional person after 6 guests, there is a charge of $10 per person, per night (if you included them in your initial booking your final price already includes any and all fees including any extra guests fees).  
  
$200 refundable security deposit.  
No Drugs (This includes marijuana. Penalty for breaking this rule is a $250 deep cleaning fee & loss of booking)  
Outside quiet hours 11pm - 7 am (Please respect the neighbors. Penalty for breaking this rule is potential loss of booking)  
Parking in driveway only (street parkers will be towed by the neighborhood)  
No additional guests other than those on the original booking (even if they are not spending the night, unless agreed upon ahead of time)  
Do not go below 72 degrees on the thermostat  
Do not open leave windows/doors open with the A/C on

This property is located within walking distance of the pool in a well kept neighborhood. We had twelve people in our group but feel this house best fits up to 10\. The master suite and kitchen are updated and modern. This property had a broken dishwasher and the freezer leaks water. The biggest issue with this property is the cleanliness. We had dirty walls, floors, oven, grill and sheets on the bed. It also needs a good through dusting. The property didn’t have enough towels, bowls, plates and cups to accommodate our group of 12\. The owner did a nice job of getting us the extra things that we need in a timely matter.

Clean house. Good location - quiet neighborhood with convenient access to local grocery, restaurants, and retail shopping. No surprises. Pool was very conveniently located although it was cooler weather while we were there, so we didn’t utilize it much. Everything was as advertised and owner was both friendly and communicative.

#### Big and cozy

The home owner was polite and readily available for any questions. The process from in to our was super simple. House have everything you need for cooking to take a shower. Yes, they accompidated shampoo and body wash. The house had a nice warm, cozy feel to it and even had a propane grill. Great stay from me and my workers.

#### Won’t be re renting here. 

The home is nice and roomy , has many beds. They need a better housekeeper as there were several issues I had to report and ask that a housekeeper come and clean during the stay. A leaking freezer, water on the floor making a fall hazard. Dirty oven, filthy couch we had to vacuum out just to use. Filthy air vents causing allergies throughout entire stay.. And the pool is a community pool several blocks away, not on the property. We left a day early.

#### Not exactly what we are expected

The people that stayed in the house before us left the property a disaster and when we arrived they were still not finished cleaning…not their fault, so no big deal, but the inside of the house was still dirty once we were able to check in. The owner of the house was very easy to reach and sent the cleaning crew back the following day. However, a deep clean is needed…dried ketchup on cabinets, toothpaste on bathroom doors… Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved having access to a pool and the ping pong table in the garage. It would have just been better had it been cleaner.

#### Clean with plenty of space

We appreciated the provisions like coffee, tea and various seasonings, laundry detergent. Host even went out and bought a kettle to have available for our UK friends and family staying with us. Ping pong was so fun! Walking distance to shops and stores 1.8-2.5 miles. Community pool was spotless. Very quiet neighborhood, which we enjoyed. Thanks for everything!
