With full transparency, I had no idea what I was getting into with respect to the Nalu Retreat property near Halifax. I'm not a Yoga person, or really a "laid back" person. I like action and adventure - but I was needing a place to lay my head in the Halifax area on September 23rd, 2026 for the one night, flying in from Winnipeg.
