"A wondeful surprise! We knew it was rustic but i felt like we were living in a tree house. The house was wonderful for my sister's family and myself. My nephew i and i had the lower level for ourselves while his parents had the top floor. The Community Center has indoor lap pool, regular pool and hot tube. Outside, sitting and lounging areas around the large pool and smaller adult only pool. Perfect jumping off point for Mt. Washington Cog Railway and Weir Beach. Would recommend Cannon Mt. tramway and the rim hike to the observation tower. For food, so many places like Dandelion Eatery to the little R3d Schoolhouse."

"Checkin went smooth. Wifi info was easy to find and we needed it. Verizon service was very little. We had plenty of kitchen items to cook dinner every night. The grill worked well too. We had campfires every night and the unit had so many games to play. Everyone had a good time."

"La pasamos super bien, tenia todo lo que necesitabamos. Solo tengo 2 quejas, el bbq estaba sucio con mucha grasa y tuvimos que limpiarlo y en el horno habia una bandeja con restos de comida, a parte de eso, todo lo demas fue muy bueno. El lago no es para bañarse."

"Plenty of communication with the homeowner ahead of our stay. This home has a sauna, which was very nice to use - relaxing!. The home is beautiful with plenty of areas to relax. I'm the first up, so I spent my mornings in the 3-season room studying with coffee (it was lightly raining), otherwise, I would have been on the patio. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the master suite is very nice (secluded and private at the end of the house, away from the business). Two upstairs full-size rooms (one for brother and the other for sister) were relaxing and plenty private; the grown-up kids took the bunk room on the main floor. Wish we had time to use the game room downstairs, but perhaps on a future visit!"

"Great place to stay! House was decorated lovely and felt very comfortable. There were so many extra touches too. One we loved was the baby stair gates because our 11 month old decided she wanted to start crawling during our stay. : ) The community center is an added bonus as well with the pools and pond. A great getaway in the mountains. Thank you!!! "
"Perfect for our stay with 9 people! Plenty of space for family games around the table or to lounge around the tv on the super comfy couch. Kids loved the loft space & we were so thankful our four legged bestie was able to join our trip too. Location was perfect for skiing (we went to Loon and Waterville Valley) & the ice castles. If we plan another trip, we’d definitely stay here again! "
