"One thing we really appreciated was the fact that there were lamps and reading lamps on both sides of the bed. And the breakfast was really good. But the thing that gave us pause was that, as we were checking in, a number of guests were checking out because they found that their rooms had not been serviced by housekeeping staff after the previous guests had checked out. The night manager explained that the housekeeping staff had left early without completing their work, which left them with a number of double-bed rooms unserviced. Fortunately for us, we had a single King suite reserved. I was also pleased that the night manager was able to cancel our reservation for a second night which I had inadvertently reserved."
