The resort-style backyard features a sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Inside, enjoy a chef’s kitchen with a 36" gas cooktop, high-end furnishings, and a smart, open layout that’s great for gathering and making memories. Thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, including memory foam beds with crisp white linens. Conveniently located near local favorites like Queen Creek Olive Mill, Schnepf Farms, and more—Casa Solana is your perfect Arizona escape. Details: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware, gadgets, and essentials you’ll need to make a meal. We also have a reverse osmosis water system, so you’ll always have fresh, great-tasting water on hand—staying hydrated in the desert is a lot easier this way! The kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and extras like a crockpot and baking pans to make cooking simple. The main level has an open layout that flows right out to the covered patio. The living room has an 85" Smart TV with access to streaming services. Outside, the pool area has a large covered patio with lighting and a ceiling fan. You’ll find a sectional couch for lounging, a dining table for meals outside, and two chaise loungers next to the pool. We’ve also provided a variety of “Big Joe” non-inflatable pool floats and a couple of fun floats for kids. Also enjoy friendly competition with a set of cornhole boards. Need to get some work done during your stay? There’s a dedicated office with French doors that makes it easy to have a quiet spot to focus. We use all white bedding and towels, so you know you’re always being provided with fresh, clean linens. A washer and dryer are available for your use, and we keep detergent stocked for convenience. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms—each with its own Smart TV. The master has an ensuite bathroom, while the other two share a Jack-and-Jill. On the main level, you’ll find another bedroom with nice pool views and easy access to the full bathroom downstairs. Parking is simple with space for two cars in the driveway. We also provide a few family-friendly touches like a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and a selection of games for downtime. The neighborhood: This home is located in Johnson Ranch, which features top-tier amenities including an 18-hole golf course, three community pools and spas, multiple parks, playgrounds, tennis and pickleball courts, a catch and release pond, walking trails, and more—perfect for enjoying Arizona’s sunshine and desert landscape. We even provide a pickleball paddle set for our guests to use. Getting Around – We recommend renting a car so you can make the most of your stay and easily explore all the nearby attractions at your own pace. Parking – You’ll have two parking spots in the driveway. Street parking isn’t allowed and may result in towing or additional fines. Airport Distances – Mesa Gateway Airport is about a 25-minute drive; Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is around 45 minutes away. A experience. The home is beautiful and spotless. The pool was lovely and the hot tub was a dream. Host is extremely responsive and kind. She even left a goodie basket for us to enjoy and provided sunscreen and small toiletries! I'm a picky renter and I have not one negative thing to mention. We will be back!! ##### dina r.
