Todo perfecto salvo un detalle: demasiado ruido durante la limpieza de las otras habitaciones, lo cual fue molesto, porque empezó a las 9, y queríamos haber dormido más tiempo.

Bad hotel

Lots of mosquitos dead Mosquitos everywhere flor boards open fixtures missing toilet full of mould general cleaning around hotel very bad! Dogs walking free true the cafe into the kitchen etc!

En mi recorrido de 26 días por varias ciudades de Europa este fue el único alojamiento donde hicieron chequeo de y limpieza de la habitación y acomodaron las camas. Cuando lo seleccioné fue bajo el criterio de algo económico., pues todas las ofertas que encontré en San Sebastián eran groseramente caras, de manera que sabia mis riesgos. En general el hotel debe mejorar las condiciones generales de limpieza en áreas comunes. Que sea amigable con las mascotas no significa que de la apariencia de descuido, como parece en una primera impresión.

Avis mitigé

Hôtel situé à la sortie de l autoroute et à 10 minutes de Donastia, cependant nous avons eu une chambre avec 2 lits superposés or que nous étions 2 couples avec 2 enfants. De plus les lits supérieurs n'étaient pas du tout de sécurisée (pas de barrières sur les côtés)

Chère la nuit pour l état de la chambre et l endroit bruient usine à papier et centrale électrique juste à côté. L état de la chambre ne vaut pas le prix lit simple pour tout le monde.pas de déco. Ampoules grilles. Rien pour posé ses affaires dans la salle de bain

El hotel bastante confortable con un restaurante donde son muy amables. El unico problema fue tener que esperar uma hora a que el recepcionista llegara por la mañana para poder dejar la habitacion y pagar. Horario de apertura de la recepcion : 7h30 llegada recepcionista 8h25

Es un hotel bonito pero caro para lo que ofrece. Pagar 120 euros la noche y que no tengan el detalle de ofrecerte un café y una tostada por la mañana, no me parece la mejor forma de proceder. El personal muy amable y muy amantes de los animales. Lo cual nos ha gustado.

Avoid this hotel if you can

The hotel was very basic. When we arrived late afternoon the rooms were not quite ready and the cushions on the bed were really filthy. Cigarette stains were thought the room and it smelt of cigarette smoke. We had our evening meal in the hotel, most unprofessional service and food except the starter was good.

its a 2 star hotel, expect that.

Its a 2 star hotel, i knew it from the begining, very nice people running it, clean room, but there's a factory near by, and makes a lot of noice, thank god it has AC, so close the window and minimize the sound. we stayed only one night. its not too far from city center, San Sebastian was worth it.

Great value for money and good parking

The outside of the hotel and indeed the inside offered really good value for money. It is situated next to a huge power station which may put some people off but it did not bother us and you could not really see it from the carpark or in the hotel, I think its a little unfair to give it one star to be honest, we had a very good night there with no noise

Hotel nei dintorni di San Sebastian

Questo Hotel si trova in una zona industriale a 6 km da san Sebastian. Cercavamo un Hotel a San Sebastian ma in agosto i prezzi erano impossibili. Questo Hotel in periferia ha prezzi un po' più contenuti anche se non ha molti comfort. E' pulito, il personale è cordiale, c'è la wi-fi gratuita e il parcheggio gratuito. Un albergo alla buona ma ben tenuto. Lo descriverei come una buona soluzione per una spesa ragionevole.

Peccato che c'è capitata la camera con due letti a castello e se uno deve dormire sotto come capitata mia moglie l'altezza era un po' bassa nel complesso molto carine e gentili abbiamo fatto un'ottima colazione posizione a 15 Km da Santander 15 minuti di macchina comodo il parcheggio sotto l'albergo gratuito

The hotel was what we expected. It was in the outskirts of San Sebastian and gave us our money's worth. The room was clean, with enough room for our family. The staff was very pleasant and aimed to please. We had breakfast there twice, and dinner once. the food was tasty.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the location of the hotel feels a bit unsafe, although we did not have any issue. The air conditioning didn’t work very well. It was an ok hotel for the price.
