Between San Ramon and Esparza, very peaceful rural location. Kitchen appliances include refrigerator, microwave, electric burner and skillet, rice cooker, and coffee maker. Washing machine. Bathroom with shower and tub. King bed. Rattan sofa and desk. 2 ceiling fans. Walk-in closet. Car port. This is the second floor of a house, the first floor still under construction. Car necessary.
