"I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

"This place is gorgeous, it's walkable to a grocer, to a beach, and to a bus stop. We felt safe, comfortable, and communicated with the entire stay. I will look to stay in this immaculately clean, beautifully designed home anytime I'm in the Bay area."
