We have a 2 night minimum stay Except for June - August where there is a 7 night minimum and check-in & out only on Sundays Thank you. On the Beach front. Ocean views from almost every room. Vehicles are allowed to drive on the beach, but no atv's, thank goodness! High speed Internet, spa, fireplace, gas BBQ, large wood BBQ, large deck, patios, Flat screens TVs in every bedroom and living room, two recliners, two fold-outs, one king, one queen, 1 double. There are 3 bedrooms. One is large with a king bed and a fold-out with attached full bath. The other two have a queen and a double. They are very small and are separated by a wall and a door (not a hallway). Those in the double bed have direct access to a half bath. Those in the queen bed can privately access the full bath near the kitchen by going around a few feet outside. There are two and a half bathrooms. Washer/dryer, off street parking for three regular size vehicles. Just two steps down from the deck and you are on the beach. The house itself is nice. It has a large deck where you can watch the sunrise and sunset. Property is easy to get to and is right next to Slappy’s Chowder where you can get a milkshake in the afternoon and french toast fries in the morning. Highly recommend this place if you just want to getaway for a few days and do nothing but listen to the sound of the ocean. ##### Ashley L. I went out and washed them down so we had a better view. It had a beach vibe, but it was overall dirty. It needs a professional cleaning. You are directly at the point where cars drive on to the beach. So there is a lot of traffic day and night. There were no dressers to unpack your clothes. We lived out of suitcases' for a week. The furniture is old and worn. Two of the bedrooms had little to no ventilation and no windows. I would not stay there again. ##### Rick A. The house itself had a few things that needed work. The blinds were old and difficult to close/open. The TV is about to go out. The handle in the master bath is broken. The stove doesn’t automatically light (can light with a flame). You are right next to the public access to the beach and people walk right by your window and stand in front of the house especially at sunset. The price is obviously for the beach view and access which was really great. The porch is a great area to hosts friends and watch the sunset or in the morning . Can be a little loud if lots of cars going onto the beach as you are at the entry point to the beach for cars. If you have kids and want access to the beach it is really good. The property itself is not high end but is clean and “unique”. The place was dirty and there was some "stuff" not sure what it was but really gross, may have been dried up puke that was on one of the beds that made it impossible to sleep on. When i spoke with the property manager about it there was no response. I understand that Im just another renter, but its my only family vacation for us all year and its only 4 days. Other issues: everything in the place is older, there was rust in the freezer, bathtub was very dirty with black discoloring on a caulk. Every corner in the house had dust or dirt. Great view but the window were dirty. I'm sure I'm wrong but when you lose confidence in the cleanliness, you lose confidence in anything in the cabinets being out of date or dirty. The silverware when we looked close had black stuff on the forks. We tried to book another place the first night but everything in town was booked. Basically slept in sleeping beds and my son slept on the couch. Won't be staying there again. Sad, because the place, if properly taken care of, had the potential to be a great place, ##### Mark F. We absolutely love it there. Our grandchildren are 8 and 5 now and enjoy the sand right outside of the deck. We have two Labrador Retrievers that have come with us every time. So we don’t have to leave any family members behind. The fire pit is also a family favorite. Some-mores just have to be made! We will come back again and again as long as Nell allows us to!!! ##### Debra S.
