The best time to go to San Lorenzo, Sardinia, is during the shoulder seasons of May, early June, and September.

These months offer pleasant weather, with warm temperatures great for enjoying the beaches and outdoor activities without the intense heat and larger crowds of mid-summer. You'll find the sea warm enough for swimming, and the natural beauty of the area is at its peak.

For couples looking for a romantic and relaxed getaway, these periods are ideal. You can enjoy strolls along the coastline, dine al fresco at local restaurants, and visit nearby vineyards or archaeological sites in a more serene setting. The reduced number of visitors allows for a more intimate experience.

Families travelling with children will also appreciate the shoulder seasons. The milder temperatures are more comfortable for little ones, and the beaches are less crowded, making it easier to find a spot and enjoy the crystal-clear waters.
