« Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l’aéroport après un long vol. Tout était parfait. L’accueil a été excellent. La chambre est grande et propre. Le petit déjeuner local nous a mis dans l’ambiance. Ils nous ont recommandé un restaurant dans les alentours où nous avons pu goûté le jus de crapaud (ici c’est une plante 😄). »

« Depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ nous avons été traités comme des princes. Le personnel est super accueillant et souriant, et toujours prêts pour s'assurer que tout se passe au mieux. Nous avons apprécié la visite de l'hôtel et l'explication de son concept zen. Le restaurent de l'hôtel est délicieux avec des produits frais du jardin ou des environs. La vue est à couper le souffle sur la nature environnante et va même jusqu'à l'océan pacifique. Le spa est très relaxant. C'est un hotel...

"Les chambres sont correctes et l’hôtel est agréable et joliment décoré. Cependant, la plage est peu plaisante, notamment à cause de fortes odeurs de kérosène qui empêchent réellement d’en profiter. Ce n’est malheureusement pas le seul point faible : la restauration, compte tenu des prix pratiqués, est très décevante, tant au niveau du goût que de la qualité des ingrédients. Nous avons également eu un souci avec la batterie de notre voiture et avons dû résoudre le problème par nous-mêmes, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangés. En revanche, le comportement du voiturier nous a particulièrement déçus : au lieu de nous aider à trouver une solution, il s’est contenté de se justifier alors que nous ne lui faisions aucun reproche. Une fois de plus, nous savons que le service n’est pas le point fort du Costa Rica, mais dans un établissement de cette catégorie, on attend un niveau irréprochable. Enfin, concernant la restauration, nous avons consommé trois boissons sans alcool au bar de la piscine, puis pris des snacks (burgers et sandwichs), et le soir trois plats sans boisson ni alcool. Rien n’était vraiment bon et les matières premières semblaient de qualité médiocre. En revanche, l’addition, elle, était particulièrement salée. Ce commentaire reflète notre expérience dans cet hôtel où la qualité du service et de la restauration étaient clairement insuffisantes par rapport au prix demandé."
