Very large rooms. Close to shopping and restaurants. Free breakfast had more than just bagels and muffins—they had oatmeal, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs.

Poor rating from a guest who partied, smoked in the room, disturbed the peace, and were evicted for failing to follow policy. This is an example of what we do not tolerate and make it known for all guests staying. We want to ensure everyone has a great stay and having disruptive guests that will interfere with your experience are kicked out. Take of our rooms, we will take care of you!
arrived just before 4 for a 3 check in was told room not ready ready. Ok so when will be ready don know can you find out yea let me check this is front desk person. housekeeping comes up says she thinks its clean after back and forth, housekeeping and front desk back and forth i wasn't included still time room would be ready.Now im pissed no answer and no room 3 story hotel 3 cars in the parking no one in sight i ask what's the problem give me a room front desk gal says im almost sold out tonight.i say no problem give me a clean room and someone else can take mine ...if you get it clean. i just ignored and acted like i wasn't standing right there. i left came back 30 minutes later and checked in no apology no nothing.staff was worthless hotel was fine.

Checked in on a Sunday when we have plenty of rooms, we are only 2 floors (not 3), checked in by a male associate (Not gal). It seems your experience you described was for a different hotel. Loved how the rooms were spacious and had a full kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

It would get a rating of 100%. If the fan in the bathroom worked. We were unable to adjust the settings for the a/c system. We called for assistance, and was assured someone would come to our room to help us. No one came nor called.

Hotel is great! Condition was excellent.. service was great.. the only thing I could say negative was that the bed was a little too stiff.. overall I would still stay again! I would say 9.5/10

Emailed ahead of time advising of mobility issues and when we arrived we were given a room around the block from the parking lot and had to walk a ways to our room. Next day had surgery and when we came back, the hotel van was parked in the handicap spot which made it even further a walk after surgery. Really nice room but not ver6 considerate of a person with mobility issues.

There is only one area of the hotel that have rooms specifically for guests who have mobility issues and the City of Newark does issue tickets to all vehicles parked in handicapped spots without the proper identification. We suspect the van was parked in a spot that may have been more convenient for you, but not in a handicapped spot, hence why we were not ticketed. Your feedback and comfort is vital to our success and will share your experience with our Front Office Team to ensure all requests are properly communicated. It is an older hotel but it is in a good shape. The advantage for me is the complete kitchen in the suite. Good location with shops and restaurants in walking distance.
