First my credit card was charged before I checked in, received a text from my bank possible fraud, next after checking in and received bill and additional charge was charged 20.97 for fees?, next the room thermostat didn't work, asked for extra blankets but was given bed lines, we slept in 38 degrees and the weather was raining and really cold outside, no coffee pot in the room but later provided, I called to speak with mgmt Jorge and asked to be refunded last night room charges and assist me in getting another Choice Hotel/Quality Inn 2390 Harris Way. Mgr Jorge assisted with mgmt (Cellestina)at Quality Inn and I called my bank to assist with the use of my credit card to check into Quality Inn. As of yesterday charges of $326.60, $106.99 has processed against my visa card. I'm expected to check out today. My experience has left me troubled about what to do in the future regarding hotels services
