"Wait staff at the restaurant was excellent and the food was good. Our room had a view of nothing but rooftop air conditioning on the second floor. So the view was depressing. Our party had a second room across the hall with a nice view of the courtyard and river, so it’s entirely up to where they put you. This was downtown Stockton so there’s a significant homeless/substance abuse population right outside the building. Parking was thankfully not an additional fee. It’s in a “secure “ lot across the street, but I didn’t see any security gate or security staff at 10 PM making the security be entirely dependent on the lighting you park under. Spring/summer is hot and dry so I was hoping to find water in the room but you have to buy it for $2/12 oz bottle in the sundry by the front desk."

"Room was fairly clean, thermostat was questionable as the room was cold all the time of my stay even after trying to increase the temperature, breakfast was convenient, business room computers have been down for over a month now....so, bring a laptop if you expect to get on the internet."
