"We had booked and paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. The room was small, dark and depressing and the private balcony was more like a ledge with a view of the dirty wall of the adjacent building. To escape the room, we visited the roof terrace to relax on sun loungers and go in the hot tubs, however the whole area was strewn with litter and the hot tubs were empty and dirty. We literally couldn’t wait to leave. The breakfast was the only redeeming quality."

I lost my passport the day I arrived and Elisa and another woman working the front desk in the morning were so empathetic and helpful during that stressful time.
