We arrived earlier and the staff was ok with us parking the car for the day before the check-in so that we could go and enjoy the city. However, on the first night we found gum on the blanket, I went to the office and I showed them a picture and they apologize providing a new one and asked that I let the blanket near the entrance so the next morning they could get rid of it. The next day I let the blanket near the door, with the gum on top, clearly visible. Then went on with my day and later went back to the office and said they didn't see the gum on the blanket and when I showed them the picture again, they said it was not their blanket, that the pattern was different. I was really frustrated as it seems they were accusing me of "faking" this or whatever. The staff said he went himself and didn't see the gum. So I don't know in who's blanket we got on. While the facility itself was acceptable, the poor customer service overshadowed the experience. I will not be returning. There are other affordable places nearby with much friendlier staff.
