The staff were all freindly, polite and accommodating. We arrived a couple hours before check in, thinking we would have to wait until 3 to get a room, but we were able to check in right away. There weren't but a couple places to walk to, to get something to eat. I asked the front desk if any pizza places delivered. The girl gave me to brochures to check out. We ordered from one and the food was great. They had a shuttle that picked us up at the airport on schedule. The driver helped us with our bags. We used the shuttle to go back to the airport the next day. The hotel had a printout of the shuttle times they would be there to pick us up and what times we would get to the different terminals and they were right on time. The complimentary breakfast was from 6-10. The shuttle was going to pick us up at 6:18, when we went down at 6 everything was set up and ready to go. What a great spread- coffee, tea, juices, fruit, cereal, omelets, bacon and so much more! If we ever need a hotel to stay near the airport when visiting San Francisco, we will definitely be staying here everytime!

False advertising. My reservation showed food credit, etc, none of which happened. The slick front desk young lady was nickel and diming guests and blaming Expedia for making mistakes on their advertisement even after I showed it to her and they actually had plenty of bay view rooms or partial views when I checked in. Unlike other hotels that honor their Expedia advertisement statements, they don't. Mattress and pillows are terrible too. There are many hotels along that bayshore street with similar nightly prices. Will advise my colleagues to stay at those hotels instead. Unsure how they got their suspiciously-high star rating compared to other hotels on that street.

Great place to stay but not many options to eat. The breakfast is wonderful. The Bay Area water is not the best but there is a walkway that is okay for an outdoor run.

Very nice hotel, close to airport. The walk on the bay was amazing. It was really fun to watch the planes take off and land. Hotel a big old, but very clean and very nice, breakfast was very good.

I was going to a conference at another hotel and did not want to pay the high cost for a stay so I chose to walk several blocks to this hotel and I was pleased by it. The rooms are well sized and feature equipped. Was happy that there was a fridge and a microwave in my room. If I have business in the neighborhood I will be happy to give them a chance again.

This hotel was an affordable and comfortable option for us as a place to stay the night before an early morning flight out of SFO. A shuttle to and from the airport runs about every 40 minutes and takes about 10 minutes. The room was comfortable and quiet and the buffet breakfast (which starts at 6) was standard and fine.

The hotel is an older one so it doesn’t have some of the outlets to plug in USB, etc and in the right places. It’s time to refresh the space in general. The staff and service are excellent and the place is very clean. Breakfast is great

Great location if you are just doing an overnight stay while transiting through SF. The hotel is quite dated, however it was probably quite lovely when first built. Great location being on the water with a waterfront walk in front of the hotel. Includes a free shuttle to and fro the airport ( saving $23 cab fare) and also free breakfast which is a bonus. The downfalls are there is no bar or restaurant at the hotel and the restaurants around it ( although walkable) are very average and quite expensive. The bed was comfy, the pillows were not, and the room was a good size. Would I stay again, probably not.

This hotel is a little older and it shows - the decor is dated and there is some wall paper pealing, etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing. The location is fantastic and right up to the Bay and there is a nice path to walk. The breakfast was the absolute best - better than what you typically get.

Our stay at Bay Landing San Francisco could not have been better. Our trip to SFO was just minutes away from the hotel . . . VERY CONVENIENT! The free breakfast was quite good, much better than what many hotels offer. We really enjoyed walking along the bay and watching the planes coming in for landing over the water. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

This is a good deal for the clean and spacious room, which is about 10 minutes shuttle ride from SFO airport. Upon check-in, the hotel gave me a credit for items from their small hotel shop.

Very close to SFO airport so transportation to this motel took less than 20 minutes. Decor was a bit dated but the place was clean. There were a few restaurants near by (but pricey!! - $30 ) and the breakfast bar at the motel was good. Nice view of the bay and the airport.

Large comfortable room with bay views. Friendly check in. Decor is a little dated and pillows not very comfortable are only things preventing five stars. Free shuttle but it only runs every 45 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

The Bay Landing was conveniently located and an easy drive to San Francisco and Sonoma/Napa. The hotel was clean, as was our room. The staff was very kind and quickly took care of us. The breakfast was great. The food preparation staff kept the buffet food servings well stocked and the tables clean for the guests.
