A few hours later, around 2 a.m., one of the staff members came to my room to renegotiate — a highly inappropriate situation that I would describe as borderline harassment. Another serious issue: the rooms are not cleaned during the stay and towels are not replaced. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel. The only positive point: the location, which is convenient."
