Great resort overall. Great staff. The gift shop clerk was especially sweet. The restaurant at the hotel was very pricey. Good food, but if you are a family with kids it won't be the best option for you.

From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we were greeted with friendliness. The staff is eager to help all the time. The rooms were great and anytime we had an issue we called the front desk and they always fixed it promptly. We loved the duck food to feed the ducks for the kids. We loved the coffee shop on site and we walked to it every morning. We loved that the hotel was centrally located. This is the most perfect place to stay if you have a family with small children. The property grounds are beautiful and it makes you feel like you’re on a resort. Thank you so much paradise point!

No wi-fi and no cab stop??? thought strange for sucha touristy attraction. Had trouble getting a cab although staff did their best to help. Ended up begging an uber driver dropping off cash to get back to town
