"We really enjoyed our stay, the house is perfect to welcome older people, as there are two rooms downstairs and access to the sea is super easy. our parents enjoyed it to the fullest. And the fact that the pool is close by makes it easy to keep an eye on the kids while the adults chat. The gentlemen who take care of the house are super kind and helpful, and Mrs. Jeimy cooks deliciously. Disadvantages: there is a part of the road to access the house that is in poor condition. "Casa Blanca is a gem in San Rafael del Sur. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and having such view from any bed of the house is just a soul-filling experience. The location of Casa Blanca and its proximity to Managua is very convenient. The pool is beautiful and so refreshing. "Sunset waves is exactly as described. Three bedroom house on the beach. Clean, well maintained. Robin and Vicky answer all questions promptly and are helpful. The next door neighbor is the caretaker and is helpful. One of the bedrooms-with the twin bed, has the upstairs bathroom. The downstairs bathroom is behind the kitchen. Both bathrooms have a shower. "Our family enjoyed our stay at this tiny home. Great views, especially from the upper patio & room. Appreciated the hot water & good water pressure. Very clean home & comfy beds. Nice big windows to enjoy the views. Great location to walk over & surf anytime. We would love to stay here again. "

"La atencion fue de lo mas excelente... La persona que cuidaba la casa nos dio informacion para poder disfrutar nuestra estadia y lo cual fue asi. Lo unico malo es que no todos los cuartos estaban disponibles y el AC no funcionaba en algunos.. pero es algo que tiene solucion. Es un lugar que regresaria sin pensarla dos veces. Me encanto la cercania de la propiedad a la playa y el espacio. Lo recomiendo 100%."
