Typisches USA Hotel

von außen macht es richtig was her, auch die Lobby, alles gut, aber für 130,-/Nacht erwartet man dann schon schönere Zimmer. Aber das war jetzt bei allen Hotels die ich in USA gesehen hab der Fall, daher bekommt es von mir die Note BEFRIEDIGEND!!!!

Restaurant/staff

The hotel itself was nice other then towel holder kept falling off the wall. Besides that the hotel was great and lots to do. The staff was rude and treated me like a child. I know I'm 22 but I'm a paying customer. The worst part of the hotel visit was the resuraunt. After choosing this restaurant over many other nearby I was very displeased. We got there and waited with another family 30 minutes before going to the kitchen and finding the hostess on her phone. She told us to go sit where ever but I guess she should have removed the sign that said please wait to be seated. We sat down and shut the blinds because of the glaring sun and there was food stuck to them. After another half an hour we get our food just as ordered and starting eating but after all of this something from up above falls into my quesidilla. After further examination it was dust and grime from the lights above. Which was the end for me. I told the girl to bill our room which was 60$. I ended up calling the front office and all they did was give us 25$ off. That meal should have been completely free and for that this hotel has lost my business.

I am sorry that you felt that the staff treated you like a child, behavior such as this is entirely unacceptable and rest assured this incident has been addressed with the Front Office Manager so this does not happen again. There is absolutely no excuse for the problem you encountered in our Restaurant and you certainly have every justification to be disappointed and mad. Your comments have been passed down to our Restaurant Manager to avoid it from happening again. Please consider your experience an exception to our normally good service standards as we do a much better job of taking care of our guests. As always, Holiday Inn Express is exceptional!

Cons: 1- The toilet paper holder needs to move up to make more room for legs. 2- The bed sheets should cover the comforter entirely.
Location: It's about a 10 minute drive to seaport village and gas lamp street, but the price makes up for that.
I had a great experience at this hotel because: 1- My room was upgraded to a suite (I'm an IHG rewards member) 2- The check-in staff were very friendly and courteous. 3- The room was spacious. 4- The shower was huge, and that's convenient for me cause I'm over 300 lbs! 5- The bed sheets were clean.

Great Hotel

Pros: located close to manyattractions in San Diego. Hotel staff were great.
Cons: They need to be able to comunicate with Expedia and other hotel reservation companies so that when there is a problem they have a way to fix them.
Location: Well located, we were there to go to Sea World, we also went to Point Loma National Monument. The hotel is located close to a lot of the S.D. sites.
The Holiday Inn San Diego-Bayside as a great hotel. The staff were great, they helped get me a room eventhough I had made a mistake and made the reservation for the day before. The room was great and very comfortable. and very clean. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Toilet was slow flushing and tub would not drain. Next door there was construction on drilling and pounding. They couldn't get the tub unplugged so moved us directly across the way.

Pros: Super room
Location: Lots to do in San Diego, Zoo, Sea World, Trolley tours, Mission Bay, La Jolla .
Lovely hotel bar and restaurant on site. Nice pool area. Would definitely stay there again, if in San Diego

Pros: Great big rooms, great beds, quite!
Cons: Air conditioner was a little loud.
Location: Right by the warf, easy access to airport and all major roads.
Beautiful property with great pool, putt putt, very kid friendly and adult too! feels like a old time resort!

Great hotel. Good locations. Rooms were spacious. Microwave would have been nice, but overall I enjoyed my stay. Would recommend.

I would recommend this to anyone and I'm already planing my next trip and I will for sure will be staying at the Holidayinn SD Bay Side
