The hotel itself was nice other then towel holder kept falling off the wall. Besides that the hotel was great and lots to do. The staff was rude and treated me like a child. I know I'm 22 but I'm a paying customer. The worst part of the hotel visit was the resuraunt. After choosing this restaurant over many other nearby I was very displeased. We got there and waited with another family 30 minutes before going to the kitchen and finding the hostess on her phone. She told us to go sit where ever but I guess she should have removed the sign that said please wait to be seated. We sat down and shut the blinds because of the glaring sun and there was food stuck to them. After another half an hour we get our food just as ordered and starting eating but after all of this something from up above falls into my quesidilla. After further examination it was dust and grime from the lights above. Which was the end for me. I told the girl to bill our room which was 60$. I ended up calling the front office and all they did was give us 25$ off. That meal should have been completely free and for that this hotel has lost my business.

I am sorry that you felt that the staff treated you like a child, behavior such as this is entirely unacceptable and rest assured this incident has been addressed with the Front Office Manager so this does not happen again. There is absolutely no excuse for the problem you encountered in our Restaurant and you certainly have every justification to be disappointed and mad. Your comments have been passed down to our Restaurant Manager to avoid it from happening again. Please consider your experience an exception to our normally good service standards as we do a much better job of taking care of our guests.
