You won't find a better location, or a more private beach-front building. The hot tub or patio is a great place to take in the fresh air and California sun, but you can watch for dolphins and enjoy Ocean Views from inside our 2 Bedroom, 2 bath condo as well. Styled with granite floors, and countertops, large flat screen HDTV, fireplace, your travertine tiled bathrooms, and modern appliances. It is perfect for families with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a full bed with twin trundle bed in the second bedroom. A queen size pullout sofa in the living room provides extra flexibility. You will enjoy watching the constant activity on the boardwalk, walking to great shops and restaurants, or riding the roller coaster at Bellmont Park just a few blocks away. Of course one of San Diego's finest beaches is just steps away, and it is easy to take the kids to Sea World for the day as it is only 2 miles away! You can rent bikes, surfboards, (or take lessons for those of you who have always wanted to try!), rollerblades, jet skis and other recreational equipment all just around the corner! Or you may join a game of sand volleyball or just work on your tan! And that's just during the day, for those of you who like great food, there are plenty of tasty restaurants to choose from all up and down Mission Blvd. as well as in Pacific Beach, just a couple of miles north. Or you can head downtown for a day/night in San Diego's famous Gas Lamp District, or to Petco Park for a Padres game! The possibilities are endless! This condo is located in the historic Surfrider building on Mission Beach. Recently renovated, it has all of the most modern amenities and fixtures. Our unit is located on the ground floor with a clear unobstructed view of the ocean, beach and boardwalk through a large window made with special one way reflective glass, allowing for great views without sacrificing privacy. There is a glass bar with 4 stools up against the window so you can enjoy the view during mealtime. Also, there are two chairs in the nook just outside the window for your use. So whether you are sitting in the living room or out on the patio, or from the master bedroom! There is a large window between the master bedroom and living room so you can lay in bed and enjoy the ocean view while you cuddle in bed. And don't worry, there is a shade for privacy. The second bedroom has a full size bed with a twin trundle bed so if the kids don't want to share a bed, they don't have to! The kitchen is fully furnished with all the essentials for cooking at the condo. The central patio features two gas grills a hot tub, top of the line lounge chairs, and showers to wash off the sand from the beach! This unit just changed ownership, so you may have seen it listed before. I managed the unit for the previous owner and am now managing it for the new owner! No parties are allowed on the property. Parties may result in immediate removal from property without refund. However, if you are wanting private balconies or any privacy at all then this condo isn’t for you! There are several condos that share all outside space. It is also very small for a family. Steps form the boardwalk and the beach, we could walk to countless restaurants, coffee shops, and Belmont Park! When we weren’t doing that my kids weee enjoying the beach, the waves, and the hot tub when they got chilly from the ocean. It’s also within 15 minutes drive to so many of the hot tourist attractions in San Diego. I couldn’t recommend more! The owner was also incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly. ##### Erika W. Perfect ocean view from living room, also from 1 bedroom with the privacy shade raised. Ideal location, between Pacific-MIssion Beach.
