Clean, compact, sparkling new

Beautifal area with some issues
Pros: The place is a short 10-15 walk to the beach, shops, and amenities. It was clean and well prepared and stocked. Cons: The booking process is redundant and drawn out. We had a maid open our door in the morning and wake me and spouse up. No big deal these things happen, however, after telling La jolla rentals they were less then accommodating when handling the situation. The parking was a constant battle. Be prepared to park 2-3 blocks away from the house as the driveway is reserved for the house. Everything in the area is pricey be prepared to spend money or bring your own snacks.

Clean and pleasant studio
I enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean, with pleasant atmosphere, and perfect for my simple needs. The one thing I wish I could’ve done was have the ceiling light on without the fan on. Otherwise I was great!

Clean new studio
This was the perfect little studio space for my partner and I. We didn’t spend much time at the studio - too busy exploring ocean beach and the surrounding areas. Tiny but clean, new appliances. We didn’t cook so I can’t speak on how things work. The bathroom was beautiful. Only bad part was the hot water for the shower ran out quickly. Overall great little place.

Perfect studio
It’s a perfect little studio. Great location. Easy walk to everything in OB. Parking at the house was easy to find (furthest was less than a block). We didn’t cook, so I can’t comment on supplies. The bed was very comfortable. The Cliffs Cafe is excellent breakfast and lunch. Stores close by too. Only 2 small drawers for stuff, and bathroom drawers, so we lived out of the suitcase. That worked for us. We will definitely be back!

Getaway before school
We enjoyed our quick stay in San Diego for the weekend. It was a great location and just we needed before I go back to teaching. Only downside was the hot water ran out really quick! Would definitely stay here again!
