Perfect Beach Cottage!
My family of 3 and our dog stayed here and it was PERFECT!! The location is within walking distance to everything and anything you need, the place was so clean & adorable and Jen, the property manager was so wonderfully communicative! We will for sure be back!

Clean little beach house
We had a blast staying here, place was clean and had everything advertised +. It was nice to have a fenced little patch of grass for the dog and kids to hang out. Nice little walk to the pier/ocean/food/coffee The owner/manager was great, she had some boogie boards and beach chairs ready to go for those who want to play at the beach.

A wonderful place to stay
From the moment we walked through the door, we knew this was it! A cottage of simple elegance, that made you never want to leave. It was spotless and well maintained; the front yard was lovely for morning coffee and a late afternoon glass of wine. The neighbors were friendly and Jen, the property manager could not have been nicer. This will be our place each time we return to San Clemente. Thank you, Jen!

West coast getaway!

Really cute cottage. Loved the front fenced in patio with table and chairs. Perfect location to downtown, beach and pier! Can’t wait to go back someday!! The manager is very accommodating and friendly!! We had a great time!

Great little get away!
This is the second time I have stayed at this property and it was great! It’s a perfect location with a five minute walk to Starbucks and the beach!

The Beach Cotttage was great. Close to everything, clean and comfortable. The property manager was very knowledgeable about the town and area and a most gracious hostess. I really enjoyed my stay.

Incredible cottage by the coast

Loved this beach cottage
Our family loved staying at this cute beach cottage. The home was very clean, close walk to the beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, east parking, beds were comfy, stocked kitchen, loved the front yard area. We woukd definitely stay here again!

A relaxing time in San Clemente
My husband (and dog) and I just loved this place! It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but also very close to the downtown area (about a 10 minute walk). The house is just adorable with a cute fenced in white-picket fence and a fully-equipped kitchen. The owner could not have been nicer and so easy to work with. We are coming back next month because we loved it so much.

Such a great place to stay!
The cottage was fantastic- super clean and well-stocked. We were so appreciative of the beach chairs, towels, and sand toys. This is a must stay if you are down in San Clemente. We will be back next year!

Perfect Beach Cottage in great location!
The cottage was very clean and nicely maintained. Location is great and is walking distance to San Clemente Pier and other shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Perfect little beach house
I grew up in San Clemente and was in town visiting it for my father’s 80th birthday. This cute little beach house was a perfect location within walking distance to shopping, the pier and Starbucks. My cousins were staying in VRBO’s within two blocks so this was ideal. The parking space was perfect which is important because San Clemente has become a difficult town to find parking. I would definitely recommend this cute little beach house to anyone visiting town. It was quiet and clean.

California fun!
This cottage was perfect for our family to welcome our son back to the States from his marine deployment. We loved the comfortable furnishings and outdoor seating and grill. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals in so the family could really relax and enjoy each other. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella , and boogie boards available. Property manager, Jennifer, was available to answer questions and help with any problems. She was so friendly and wanted to make our stay special. We will be back!!

San Clemente's Best Cottage
The home is perfect for a family getaway. The home was immaculately clean and the communication with Jean was fantastic. She is very responsive and helpful. She turned on the lights inside the home before we arrived as we arrived after dark and we found the home just as pictured but even cleaner then we could have imagined. Will definitely book again!

Adorable beach cottage
My husband and I, along with our furry kid, very much enjoyed our stay at the beach cottage. This dog friendly town offers great restaurants, a nice beach, a pier with a good fish restaurant/bar and plenty of shopping. And all of this is walking distance to the cottage. The bed was comfy, the Wifi strong and everything we needed was supplied. We'll be back!

Lovely Cottage
We had a lovely stay for 4 nights in the cottage. We were in town for a celebration of life party following my father in laws passing. It was nice to have a peaceful place to decompress after multiple family events. The place was clean and cozy. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed with nice linens. While the location is in the heart of downtown San Clemente, we found it quiet. On our arrival day, Jean turned the lights and heater on for us because we would be getting there late. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit family.

A perfect beach cottage
Just as seen in pictures, great location near the beach in a quiet, beautiful town. We came down to go to Disney but wanted to stay by the beach and this was just perfect for our needs!

Comfortable and cute
The Cottage is in a lovely neighborhood, a short 10 minute walk to the pier and the street was not busy as it may appear on Google Maps. We had a very comfortable stay, the amenities were quite adequate and the property manager who lives in the apartment in the rear was delightful and quickly attended to our questions and needs. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.

The layout of the cottage house is very good. While it was clearly communicated that parking was for one car only and that there is plenty of street parking, that is truly not the case. Most people park on the street so it was very difficult finding a parking if you have a second car to park. The bathroom is nicely upgraded but the shower water does not stay warm, it goes from warm to cold multiple times while showering. Overall the cottage served its purpose.

Please keep in mind when you book a beach place on a holiday weekend that parking will be difficult especially 4th of July weekend in San Clemente. There is plenty of street parking which is public and it is a first come first served basis as is most every neighborhood that I know of here in town. I am sorry that you had difficulties using the shower. Seemed liked your group enjoyed your stay and your time here celebrating your daughters wedding!

Great place for our family vacation
Great sport for families or couples. Quick walk to the beach (uphill on the way back). Tons of food options. Close to grocery stores/coffee shops. Great beaches for surfing, boogie boarding and for kids to play (loved the swings at the beaches too). Onsite laundry was great. Owner was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
