We were in San Clemente for our daughter's wedding, and this house was a perfect base for our family. We enjoyed the patio and outdoor area and had BBQs and breakfasts, enjoying the fresh air. And the inside was comfortable and spacious enough for everyone, too. And you can see the ocean from the upstairs balcony. It is also close enough for an enjoyable stroll through the neighborhood to the beach (just avoid high tide times, as there is not much beach - you have to go a bit further down, closer to the little train 'station' where the beach is larger and can be enjoyed at any time). Riki was very helpful and friendly any time we need it. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here and highly recommend this location to other family/ friend groups. ##### Iska H. Walking distance to beach, pier, coffee shops & restaurants. 2\. Spacious outdoor patio area for stretching out and relaxing. 3\. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to keep everyone comfortable and happy. 4\. A kitchen that works (with all the pots,pans, etc. needed) to have some family meals at home. The house and outdoor patio are wonderful. There’s a lot of love and care by the owner and she’s also a wonderful person to talk with. Our family really liked the location being a few blocks from the beach but not right next to the pier or really busy areas.
