Receptionist was lovely, easy checkin, good sized room with an actual wardrobe. Fridge was broken, no plug for the bath, thereā€™s plastic in the sink drain and the room smelt. Breakfast was ok. WiFi and parking were good.

Overall not too bad for a couple nights just a little dirty. All amenities worked good, parking was safe, cleaning staff were very nice, breakfast was ok, but room couldā€™ve been cleaner and hallways smelled of cigarette/weed smoke. We had multiple stains on the floors, chairs, walls, curtains, and we even found someone elseā€™s hair still on the sides of the shower wall when we first got into the room.

Stay here like a BOSS

The staff was extremely helpful. I was traveling with a travel trailer and the parking lot more than accommodated the size of the trailer. They even put me in a room where I could keep an eye on it. The breakfast was outstanding! Staying another night... That's how great it was.

Weā€™ve stayed here before because itā€™s a convenient location for the NOS center. This time we had no bedding for the pullout couch and the front desk man said they were out because it was a full hotel. He was also in the middle of smoking which we donā€™t care about, itā€™s not our business. It couldā€™ve been the reason he was too lazy to help us out. The next morning I asked a housekeeper and she immediately gave us pillows and bedding. (A big thank you to her, that made our day). My friends had to sleep the first night on the ā€œbedā€ with absolutely nothing. Mind you the mattress was stained with so many things, and is incredibly uncomfortable. I guess thatā€™s what we paid for but the situation with the front desk was not okay. He knew our situation and didnā€™t care.

Great

When I checked in the room I was given smelled like smoke I asked the room service staff if they had deodorizer and she checked room and sprayed deodorizer. After a moment she said let's talk to front desk and move you. The front seat moved me and the room and the stay were both perfect! Would stay again ...staff showed interest in making my stay comfortable. And even tho being on the first floor there was zero issues with noise whatsoever. Room was clean.
