"We came in two days late out of our four night reservation due to family members/concerns. We did not purchase the cancellation protection so we did not expect to stay longer than the reservation dates. Lorraine took the time to listen to why we were 2 days late and relayed it to the admin. Chris. Chris informed my fiancé that we could stay an additional night since we payed for 4 days but were 2 days late. This is beyond his call of duty and we were extremely grateful and could not thank him enough for showing such compassion and understanding. I think we have found our new favorite SPI hotel. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family in San Antonio."

"This Hotel is small compared to the other . However it as great amenities. Their on site restaurant is good and the prices on most item is good the Ola at the back and the Starbucks and pastries, with souvenirs shop in the front make the hotel a good experience. The breakfast room is on the top floor , the breach is 5.mins walk from the build and they have a nice patio if you just want to look out ..i will recommend it Staff is very attentive. "
