Where hotels go to die.
Where hotels go to die. Checked in (office help very nice), it was 100deg & when I got 1/2 my luggage in I sat down to try the tv. Both the tvs didn't work. Got another room & the door card (2) didn't work, was told they had problems with batteries in lock. Finally got a 3rd room, nice enough, but the bathroom door was falling off.

Adorable concept, roaches and filthy . I was told "we have 1 maintenance and 1 housekeeper and pool cleaned 1 time a week. " Horrible my kids were afraid to sleep. Could not get a refund

Hotels.com over charged me $25 the hotel charged me $25 less than hotels.com she said it was for a deposit and she did not the hotel charged me $25 me a deposit

The room was dirty. The baseboards had months of dirt on them. The headboards and light fixtures had months of dirt/dust on them to the point where it felt grimy if you accidentally touched them. The walls had drips of liquid as if the previous occupants spilled something and it was never cleaned. The toilet seat was in horrible condition. On the porch there were multiple spider nests. We had to buy our own Clorox wipes just to feel somewhat clean in the room. The "maid" never once came by to provide clean towels or sheets. Oh, the best part was that the smoke detector was missing. I wouldn't recommend this property at all.

DONT STAY THERE!!!
Was very dirty, the first room they gave us the cable was cut to that section of room so no tvs worked. They moved us to another room which was a tad better but the toliet was leaking and hair all over the bathroom. Room smelled very bad and had to go buy air freshner. The pictures on the website were taken at least 10 years ago so everything was run down and weeds and trash all over the place.

Awful!! Filthiest room we’ve ever stayed in. Stained couch, graffiti on walls, holes in blanket & door. Front desk closed early so couldn’t event get help. Phone in room didn’t work.

Overall stay was great. Had great nights of sleep... ac was super cold... staff and management were great... did everything in thier power to help with what we needed. Down side... restroom was dirty, smelled like urine and there was a bathing suit behind the door of the restroom. Tv didnt work (although they did try to resolve that issue to no avail)... roomservice came in to clean and took our dirry towels but didnt leave any clean ones either...lol...

Bad stay.
Place is run down, dirty bathroom, overgrown walk way, old linens, etc. Just not whay I'd expect from an establishment with the Wyndham name attached to it. Will never stay there again.

It's cheap and there is a pool. That's all it has going for it. Rooms smelled, floors were dirty, mattresses were stained and gross, pull out couch was heavily stained and nasty. Over all it needed a lot of deep cleaning and renovation.

Horrible experience
Room had dead water bugs on the floor and bathtub. Also had small roaches around the sink to that they moved the furniture to cover up holes on the floor. Lots of pink debris on the floor. Bedding had smoke holes. Room had a stagnant smell. Luckily we brought our own pillow and blanket and had to go buy a candle to make the room smell pleasant. Room 292 is horrible. Also a barking dog across the way and was on a leash but blocked our entrance and at least 5 stray cats (residents) on premise and 3 newborn kittens behind a bush that cried all day. Overall, bad experience and will not book again

I should have read the reviews but I was in a hurry and the photos looked great. Our room was FILTHY!! Didn’t look like anything had been wiped down in a long time or ever. Thankfully, the sheets were clean. The blanket and coverlet were thin and not sure if they were clean. In the morning, I noticed that we had no smoke alarm. The wiring was there but no unit. The living area was so awful. We should have just left but we had already paid and too tired. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice.

Poor request logging by hotel staff & manager
I was informed by the front desk (at night time) that 11am was the checkout time so i opted in for the (noon) checkout instead. However before my alarm went off at 11:30 am, I was very rudely woken up by 4 members of staff surrounding me in bed yelling for me to leave and get out! Even if the night mngr forgot or negkected to tell them my request, i was met in my waking moment with 4 angry staff members holding bolt cutters because they had cut the chain off to enter... I was terrified for several moments at first that I was in some sort of a (home invasion) of some sort... i was denied my $150 deposit and charged an extra $25 on top of that for the chain they cut... Im somewhat traumatized by this event...

The room was not clean at all. The bathroom smelled bad. The bathtub was dirty with hairs. The bed linens were not changed at all. There were hairs over the pillows and beds. The floor was not clean. Over all they need to do deep cleaning before they get to the next person's reservation. Also, they need to update furniture. The couch was ripped and dusted. I really loved this place, always stayed there for the past 12 years. Every time we went to San Antonio. We haven't been there in the last couple of years, but this time we had a very bad experience. Probably looking for another place to stay. Specially because I have my little kids I can't stay in a place like that. The manager need to do something about it. I read all the reviews about not being clean, but we took a risk because we really liked it and we are not happy at all...

Cats and raccoons all over the place, my first room was dirty and had to wait an additional hour before I was able to check in. No room service in 4 days of staying there so we did not receive any towels. The room was dingy and the furniture was ratty and had holes. One of the two TVs in our room did not have its cables plugged in and I had to do it, along with not having a remote so I couldn’t watch it anyways. Also the internet was so dreadfully bad, close to the router 1 out of 4 bars I couldn’t connect any of the times I tried. Just overall was not a pleasant experience.

The facility is old and needs some serious upkeep. Everything from crayon marks on the walls to toilets no longer attatched running water flooring in need of leveling and the outside porches need wood replaced completely several lights didn't work because the lightbulbs were burned out. The only reason we stayed was we'd already paid for the room and we were only sleeping there.

Ok, so I never ever stay at such places and I suppose I deserve what I got, but I was kind of venturing out a bit, looking to explore "the other side". Oh boy. The description and images online, on here, are not accurate. The couple sitting at the separate seating area, that image, well put it this way, their guests are not near like those pictured. Has a "we solicit things" on multiple levels vibe. Then upon check in where miss slight attitude tells me there is a $150 deposit. I was like what?!! For this??! 3x the price?!! I was like I stay at 4 star hotels, InterContinentals and they dont do that. I was like if I dont receive my deposit back there will be huge problems. I should have just left despite losing the rate. I stayed and attempted to make best of it. Going towards my room, such shady people ouch. I opened the door and was like O M G no way. I was afraid to put my luggage anywhere and was not kicking off my shoes. I toured the space and was like ok it could be worse and dirty etc. I decided to be brave and have a bath being I didnt see any roaches, and bathroom/tub was clean. I took off my shoes and socks right there and back on when dry, real fast. It started to get dark and I had flameless candles. Made it look good and actually the more I stayed and looked, I was like there is actually potential here. My surroundings were mostly quiet. I was worried about my car but all was good. If you do not want to spend much and have open mind give it a try.
