Hotel was great,the problem was y'all customer service and app have a 2 hr wait in the hotel lobby while they took my money with a booking number that ever existed but charged me for the room ,then cancelled my booking and said I couldn't get reimbursed for 7 days with no kind of help or assurance on anything,if I didn't stay and make sure I wasn't apart of fraud which I still don't know because I was given a receipt from y'all with just blank zeros on everything but my money still gone ,was embarrassed,made me almost have a nervous breakdown and then asked if I wanted to change a bad review for the experience,there's more including an invalid card sent from y'all to the hotel that coming back as declined after taking my money and justifying a time zone glitch when it's seem like who ever I spoke to was lying or kept hanging up on me and the hotel over a 2 hr period at 11 o'clock night when I just got out of the hospital and had to go threw all this with not even one resolution or apologi but asked to change my review with a blank receipt
