I absolutely loved the hotel, I could walk to anywhere on the river walk, the dome for concert, so many food choices and mall! It was great fun, beautiful hotel!

I like how we got a free margarita upon check in , dislikes . The room had a weird smell , the walls are thin as you can here the kids in the room next door yelling early in morning . But over all it was good

Only 1 problem, ordering room service, my order for 1 pizza, chicken wings and a pepsi total around $34 ... but my when adding my room # and error ocurred 3 or 4 times... called the order in ... and same exact order now totaled $66 ...doubled...my wife was so upset 😡 she canceled the order .... NOT COOL AT ALL.. RIGHT DOWN...ABUSIVE

The convention is so convenient to walk to for a double competition. The pool was great! The only negative was could not change the air and when it was set at 68 still was humid like 70s. Toss and turned all night. Other families in our group experienced this w the air also. Other than that I’ve stayed here before and did not experience this with the air before. This is a great place will be staying again!

Good place to stay. Parking is a bit expensive, stayed for two nights and paid 106 so do your due diligence. Other than that no complaints.
