The first thing that caught my attention was the lack of safety in this hotel. The back door stayed unlocked so anybody could quickly access the property without needing to check in with anyone. It was extraordinary for a hotel to ignore security that much.
Secondly, the staff was incompetent and unprofessional. The front desk personnel gave me a key card for an already occupied room. To make matters worse, I was embarrassed and shocked at best when I walked into that naked person who occupied the room. I ran back to the front desk to discuss the issue with three persons on duty, plus the manager, who happened to be present and was about to leave. Nobody seemed to know who occupied the room; instead of an apology, I impatiently watched them discuss back and forth about who checks whom in that room. That was a terrible experience, and I was highly disappointed and disgusted.
