Poor physical condition. Bathtub enamel peeling badly, smoke alarm didn't work, ants in our son's room, electrical socket by desk didn't work, gaps around door, coffee maker with no carafe, Sharpie and crayon drawings on our son's walls, no plug in bathtub (had to jerryrig a styrofoam cup as a stopper to take a bath!), housekeeping "only if you ask for it." New owners, so hope they can get the place up to snuff.

Quite frankly not sure how this place is so highly rated. This is a cheap 2 star motel. The location is fine and the people that worked there were nice but that’s about it. The room was falling apart. Paint coming off the wall dents in the door damage to the walls and trim. The room was not warm or inviting. I wouldn’t stay here again, not even if I was by myself or just passing through.

Clean room, friendly staff. Room is dated, worn, and very basic. I had no toilet paper in the room. The paint on the bathtub is pealing. The comforter has several cigarette burns in it. It’s a good, cheap, clean hotel room for a working person, but not some place you’d want to take your wife and kids to.

I booked this property because I wanted a less expensive place to spend two nights. Based on prior reviews, the Atria Inn had an 8.4 (very good) rating; therefore, I thought it would be a good choice. Frankly, I do not understand how this place received such a good rating and I am suspicious about the prior reviews. I travel domestically and internationally about 75-90 nights a year. This experience started badly when I arrived about 12:00 pm (before the 3:00 check-in time) and was told that the room was clean and ready; however, if I wanted an early check-in, that I would need to pay extra for the privilege. That told me that the owners here were “all about the money”. I have never, ever, encountered an early check-in fee. Hotels typically appreciate guests and try to accommodate them. This place reflects the fact that it is “all about the money”. Everything is “low end” (towels, soap, shampoo, no tissues, etc. There is deferred maintenance apparent everywhere ( the bathtub is ugly from pealing paint, there is a large crack under the door (about which I would have been especially uncomfortable had I been on the first floor; think mice, rats, snakes, spiders, lizards, etc), the outside had almost no landscaping, there was some trash in easy to reach spots; however, no one cared enough to pick it up. The room had a king bed, but only two (2) regular size pillows. There was a one cup coffee maker; however, no coffee “cartridges” were provided. The bed & linens were clean.

The room was clean beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The only thing that was thr bathtub was chipping paint to the point that it was clogging the drain. Not a big issue but noriceable. The guy at the front desk was nice too.

I had a very pleasant stay here. It was very quiet and clean. Condition of room was not perfect, but for the cost, it was absolutely perfect. Spacious rooms, and excellent lighting in parking lot, felt very safe at night, which was very important to me. The only thing I really had a problem with was the bathtub, it was painted with incorrect paint or something, it was flaking off when water hit it, then clogging the drain. I had to put a towel down in tub to catch the paint flakes. Paint irritated skin on my feet, so i had to shower with shoes. But not a big deal. Hot water and decent water pressure made up for it. Super friendly and relaxed staff and great location. Thank you !

Upon arrival I had to use the restroom and the lobby bathroom was out of order due to a clogged issue. When weary travelers come a long way from home they expect facilities to be ran correctly and in a timely fashion, so having to wait to get to my room which didn’t work with a card key was not a good start to the trip. Then we realized the door was broken so there was no way to lock it while we went back to the lobby to get another room. The upside to all this was an upgrade to a suite which was upstairs. I appreciate the receptionist’s patience with our aggravation and he did all he could to help. So my anger about our inconvenience is not toward him but toward the general manager and the owners of this establishment who don’t have enough decency or common sense to further their efforts in the upkeep of this hotel. To them I say shame on you. You can do better. What if it was your family?

Staff are very very nice and courteous. The rooms can use some new lamp shades that haven't turned yellow and dusty and the bed works for anyone without a bad back. Not ideal room if you have allergies. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs, walls are thin so you can hear the TV in the other room. Room is great if you're going to just go out with friends and come back and crash out.

First when we arrive around 6pm,they receive us by the night window,sort like an hourly hotel feel like. They just put 2 pillows,most you get 4. And it was cold ,they were suppose to put a blanket,instead we have to cover with the bedspread,and as you may know they almost never get cleaned. And they didn't do our room either.
